I had a great experience at Castrucci's. I came in for an oil change at a time I had been told it would be good to come in. I explained that I needed to have an oil change before I went out of town and I lived far enough away that I couldn't go home and come back and I was not going to be able to stay that long. Randy Cobb was at the desk doing some paperwork and he said that he was not working at that time but he would be glad to take care of my car for me. He was so kind and accommodating.
