I thought they was very friendly and courtous. They worked with me to get a good deal and a fair price for my trade-in. This dealer will give you a good price on your trade, and a fair price on what you want, it does take some haggle though. Ron Shaffer is not a fast talking salesman, he is a good guy, seems down to earth, but needs to work on his communication skills. I had some minor "agreed on" work to be done on the truck i purchased. After a week and no phone call from Ron to schedule the work, I had to call him. The work got done but I had to make the calls during the process. The body work was top notch except when reassembling the tail light housing the service guy forgot to put the tail lamps back in the sockets, so I had to do that myself when I got home and noticed it. There was actually paint on 2 of the old bulbs so I ran to the auto parts store and just put new ones in. This is not a major thing but the dealer should have finished the job. These issues kept the dealer from getting a top rating from me. All said and done I would go back and do business again with Castrucci. More
