The finical guy was great as well even though my first interest quote was 6.5 they went through a different company which made it 2.5 percent. He walked me through the importance of purchasing the 7 year/100k warranty while providing great pros of it. Even after the purchase was finalized Charles went the extra mile! He allowed me to leave my rental vehicle at the location and made sure that the proper steps to returning it happened. He walked me through on star and showed me all of features of the car. We weren't planning on trading our 2010 Malibu but my husband saw a great deal on a 2012 Impala. Mark Johnson was the best salesman we have had .
