We needed a third row, traded 2012 Cruze in for MDX. A week after we bought it the transmission blew because of leaking radiator. It took a couple days of phone tag and them going through their chain of week after we bought it the transmission blew because of leaking radiator. It took a couple days of phone tag and them going through their chain of command but Castrucci agreed to pay part(2200) of repair cost, $4200 total bill and gave ua a rental car (doesn't fit everyone but at least it is something). We bought it on the 28 of may, we drove it for less than 6 days,they have had it since, today is june 14. Our salesperson, Simon was and has been amazing. He went above and beyond his job description, staying in contact with us about what was going on with the suv, taking it to the transmission shop, he was absolutely wonderful. I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time but it has been a little bit of a headache. More

Salesman was very straightforward and focused in handling business at hand. Ron was attentive and receptive to everything i communicated to him. He and the other gentleman in the front office were also plea business at hand. Ron was attentive and receptive to everything i communicated to him. He and the other gentleman in the front office were also pleasantly transparent in their approach to disclosing figures regarding trade-in value of my truck, and explaining the different figures that went into the overall calculation of the sale. I did not experience any adversity in the whole transaction, which is not always the case. As for the finance manager, Rick, he was possibly the as friendly and expedient as I have experienced.
