I placed offers on 13 different vehicles listed on Auto Trader and other places. Not only were they first to respond, they had the best offer for the money by more than $1K. We did run into a few problems, but they worked with me through the entire process. The issue was the power steering, they were honest up front about it, and repaired it. I did have to wait a week but they allowed me 24 hours for a test drive and to take it to my mechanic for inspection. The only thing left to do is for them to guarantee the repairs in writing - I'm waiting on that but am confident they will provide it. We are very happy with our experience. They were professional, honest, and gave us a good deal. We will be buying another vehicle, maybe two, in the next 5 years, and will contact them first. More
My wife's 11 year old Chevy Trailblazer was running very rough and she asked me to get it checked out. Although Mike Castrucci Chevrolet is about 20 miles from where I live, it is worth the trip because I know I will get courteous, professional, quality service every time I visit. On this visit, I did not have an appointment, however, the service department got my vehicle in immediately and provided a thorough diagnosis of the problem within 20 minutes. The mechanic thoroughly explained what needed to be done and listed the problems found in priority order. This allowed me to get the most important issues corrected first and to hold off on less critical items for later, which of course allowed me to save money. There was no pressure to spend the maximum amount of money possible to fix every problem found. My wife is extremely pleased with how well her car runs now and she is glad I drove the extra miles to get it fixed at Mike Castrucci. More

I began with an Acura dealer from whom I had purchased my 2003 new. I knew how much I would pay but wanted to have them offer a trade-in value for my car which was in very good condition. The offer was half the Blue Book price because it was gold in color and not easily movedreplied the salesman. I decided to sell it myself. The salesman gave me an offer which was unacceptable. I left him and realized he had never written down my name and never followed up with a call to me to negotiate further. I detail this story to contrast it with my experience with my eventual decision to visit Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. I was introduced to Ed Dumont and told him what my purchase price had to be. I test-drove an Impala LTZ and reviewed the"extras" most of which were now standarded. Ed and the GSM met my price and began a search for the color I wanted. This took place the Friday of Labor Day weekend. The exact car was found at an out of town dealership on Tuesday. Ed had kept me updated throughout the weekend on the status of the hunt and on Tuesday informed me he had located the car and would make a round trip to Dayton on Wednesday. Wednesday afternon he called and said my car had been cleaned and ready for me to pick it up, Ed offered to instruct me on the several electonic devices in the car. I appreciated the fact that there was no haggling at any time. I will recommend any acqaintance to this dealership and Ed Dumont. This car looks luxurious and its riding comfort complements its appearance. More
I have been coming to castucci for the last few months in search for the perfect truck. Salesman Ron Shaffer has always been so patient, never pushy, probably thinking we would never buy a truck. However his body language never showed it, and assured me we would find the right truck, which he did. He kept my number and called me when that truck came in. He new where we wanted to be on price, cutting out all the haggling. We got the same treatment from his manager Rocky and the deal was completed. This is our second vehicle purchased from Castrucci and we will return in the future. Finally, Ron Shaffer will always get our business do in fact to his straight forward style and professionalism. Josh was very relaxed, knowledgeable and professional, and had the car ready for me to take for a test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership (I live and hour and a half away). Any issues that I noticed with the vehicle were taken care of without issue, and my purchase was smooth and by the numbers. This is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I will more than likely be back. More
Ron went out of his way to make sure that we received the best deal for our money. He also went beyond his scope and made sure our vehicle was up to par, he even scheduled the vehicle to be buffed/waxed due best deal for our money. I called Ben back at 3:54 that day and we discussed the purchase and delivery of the truck. I told him I was out of town and could he deliver the truck on Monday or Tuesday and I asked him if I needed to put down a deposit with a credit card. He told me everything was fine, no need for a deposit, and to just call when I was back in town. I texted on the way back into town to set up delivery and he texted back that the truck had been sold already that day we were talking numbers. No other explanation. I can't believe that people can do business that way and think they will get away with it. No wonder car dealership have a bad rap. I called the sales manager Rich Wilbur and left a message but have not received a call back. More
