I was having a problem with my 2004 Trailblazer, noise front of motor. I called Wed afternoon talked to John Whitaker, explained problem, he agreed that it could be the water pump - not positive though. H front of motor. When I got there Jim Castrucci checked the computer, everything was in order. He called a tech to the service desk, I showed him what the problem was, he agreed. Got right to work replacing water pump. I was given a car to drive home, at no charge, except for gas. I was called later that afternoon to say my Trailblazer was repaired and serviced as requested. I needed a dependable, easy on gas vehicle to place one that was totaled in an accident. I came to Mike Castrucci Chevrolet for service a bit over a year back. They did a good job, so when I began to have transmission problems, I came back for service again. Unfortunately, my car was going to need its 3rd transmission in 120,000 miles, so I decided it was time to replace it. I walked the lot to see a couple of the cars I had seen online, when I was approached by Shawn. He asked me what type of car I was looking for, as well as what I was replacing, so he could give me advice on some of the cars they had available. I test drove a few of them, and settled on one I liked. The test drive process was low-pressure, the main things Shawn talked about were the various settings on the car, and how the car compared in size/power to my old car. Once I decided on the car I wanted, we went inside to discuss financing and trade-in.
