The Dealer was great The dealer finished the repairs ahead of theo estimated time and their customer service is terrific. I only wish I could say the same about Ford Motor Company, my F250 had less than 60,000 miles on it but the five year warranty had expired by 12 days. I contacted Ford on the customer service line, but the person said that my warranty had expired and there was no grace period. Let me be clear here. I have purchased many new Fords in the last 25 years. 1991 Ford Explorer, 1995 Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer, 1997 Eddie Bauer Ford Expidetion, 2000 Ford F250, 2009 Ford F250, 2014 F250 Power Stroke. I will never buy another Ford. The customer service Rep was very dismissive of my request. I did not expect Ford to pay for the whole repair cost, just part of it would have made me happy. More
F-350 4-wheel-drive noise. I thought it would need a new gear box ,but it only needed a hub bearing and some new U-joints. They fixed what was needed , only what was needed , an I thought it would need a new gear box ,but it only needed a hub bearing and some new U-joints. They fixed what was needed , only what was needed , and nothing but what was needed . Even had the drive shaft balanced.Can't beat that for a shop . More

Worked hard to satisfy our needs in purchasing a vehicle. Robbie Carpino, went above and beyond to get what we wanted in a vehicle and yet never pressured us in to a hasty decision. When we went to do the paperwork, per prior purchases elsewhere we were expecting at least an hour to close the deal. Fifteen minutes and Robbie was handing over the keys. I actually ask him if we were really done with the paperwork. Enjoyed what usually is a real pain for me. More
