After going back and fourth with other car lots this week and being given the run around, I decided to go back to MCMC having already purchased a car After going back and fourth with other car lots this week and being given the run around, I decided to go back to MCMC having already purchased a car with them in 2010. I did the online application and they called me within 15 minutes with an approval. They we’re able to work with me and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. The next day they had the car that I chose thru their online inventory ready to go! James was very helpful with the process and gave thourout details on everything. The worst over the phone service! Dont go here! My husband and I bought a vehicle from MCMC Arlington a year ago. We have never missed a payment. This month I wasn't able to work a week therefore, I My husband and I bought a vehicle from MCMC Arlington a year ago. We have never missed a payment. This month I wasn't able to work a week therefore, I called in to skip a payment and this process has taken a week to get resolved. Even though I told them I could not afford this payment they still want a $50 payment. Then they wont take my $50 payment. The office girls Marissa is horrible and rude every time I make a payment. They act like they are incompetent. Its NEVER a pleasant transaction. The Manager Maria puts me on hold until I finally hang up. Try avoiding doing business or speaking to these incompetent females. I sure do regret it. My issue still has not been resolved. Even though I have tried to communicate and let them know what's going on and not just ignore my payment they make it sooo difficult. You decide if you want to deal with this. But we wont again. More
