Body shop unwilling to help! I've been to the body shop twice now and have been disappointed twice. The customer service after the vehicle leaves has been something to be desired. I've been to the body shop twice now and have been disappointed twice. The customer service after the vehicle leaves has been something to be desired. Both times I've had problems and have been met with persistent denial and unwillingness to help. This most recent I brought my vehicle in for a front bumper shroud to be replaced and now my driver side headlight leaks and my driver side fog light doesn't work. When I called I was told "we didn't work on that side of vehicle". The bumper shroud goes across the whole front of the vehicle and the fog light is mounted in it. So, yes you did! More

Installed new tires This dealership recommended a set of Pirelli tires for my Ford Explorer. They are much better than the Michelin tires I was using before (that I got This dealership recommended a set of Pirelli tires for my Ford Explorer. They are much better than the Michelin tires I was using before (that I got elsewhere). Everyone was very polite and patiently answered all of my questions. They took even care of the lost bolt that held my spare in place.. An extra plus is that my car runs so much smoother with this brand of tires. More
Great customer service and follow up I had been having problems with the transmission on one of our vehicles. I had taken it in to another local dealership to have it fixed under warranty I had been having problems with the transmission on one of our vehicles. I had taken it in to another local dealership to have it fixed under warranty. The never ran the required tests, and just started it was normal. I took it to Mike Bass and they ran the checks and found the clutches were bad. Everything was done quickly to get us our car back. They have called a few times just to check on how its running. I am very happy with the service. More

A week later they say they got 4 codes but can't get it to repeat. They want you to pay for diagnostics just to have to bring it back . I will stay far away from this place, they don't return phone calls. If you buy a car from there take it somewhere else for service! More
Wet to look at Michelin Tires for my CRV. After telling the young man at the Service Counter what tires I wanted, he stared at the Computer for two minutes and said he didn't have the tires and the sale wa the young man at the Service Counter what tires I wanted, he stared at the Computer for two minutes and said he didn't have the tires and the sale was over that day. Overall he seemed disinterested and didn't try to sell me any other tires. Not the kind of guy I would have working sales and service. Jeff More
