Mike Bass Ford - Service Center

I had took my car in for service and was told it needed a sensor for the repair. I thought the price for the repair was high but I needed my car so I had it repaired. After not hearing from the dealer I call sensor for the repair. I thought the price for the repair was high but I needed my car so I had it repaired. After not hearing from the dealer I called to see if my car was done I was told that it would need another part also. I believe the first part was a misdiagnosis on their part, when I complained to the service writer she was rude. After receiving my car I complained to the service manager and let him know that I was dissatisfied with the whole ordeal he said he would look into it and call me back. After a month I finally received a call back where he stated that he would give me a partial refund. It has been another month and I have not received anything. I will never do business with this dealership again the service is terrible. More

Excellent customer service I just wanted to say how friendly and helpful the staff (Diane) was with my recall. The work was so quick & they are very efficient. I unfortunately went to 3 different Ford dealerships to get the recall done, everyone of them said they had to order the parts. Not sure why each of those dealers didn’t have the parts in stock being the fact it was a recall? With that being said I will be coming back to Mike Bass Ford for future work & would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. More
