I was pleased that they had me in and out in less than 45 minutes, because I had to wait for my truck, so they took me right away. I only go here because it’s where I got my car and still under warranty, so I want it all done at the same place. The service is awful. They have a I don’t give a crap attitude. I sat in the waiting room listening to them come out to every person in there saying something else was wrong. Mine, this time, were the lug nuts. Wanting to replace them for 60, xxx. Also if there was something wrong with them, it’s on the dealership. They are the only ones taking the lug nuts off. Last time I needed new shocks for400. I had a family member look at them and they are fine at this time. Nothing was mentioned this time. Just awful! Just be honest!! More
Had an appointment at the Quick Lane on 10/10 at Mike Bass Ford at 11:00. My vehicle was not taken back for service until 12;00pm and was not completed until 12:30pm. No one mentioned to me that they w Bass Ford at 11:00. My vehicle was not taken back for service until 12;00pm and was not completed until 12:30pm. No one mentioned to me that they were backed up. Also, the employee that did take my car back for service was not wearing a mask when he drove my car. I do not care if the do not wear a mask while working on the outside of my car, but they should have some policy that when they are inside a vehicle, a mask should be worn due to the Coronavirus. Amos the employees behind the desk were not wearing their masks all the time. This is the worst service that I have had at the Quick Lane. More

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR OUR VEHICLE TO BE DROPPED OFF BRIGHT AND EARLY ON FRIDAY AND THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF IT. THEY DIDN'T START WORKING ON IT U WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR OUR VEHICLE TO BE DROPPED OFF BRIGHT AND EARLY ON FRIDAY AND THEY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF IT. THEY DIDN'T START WORKING ON IT UNTIL MONDAY. WE HAD TO CALL ON TUESDAY FOR A UPDATE. AT THAT TIME THEY STARTED SAYING THINGS WERE GOING TO COST US, ABOVE WHAT WE HAD AGREED TO AND WHEN WE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH FORD. I THINK THEY JUST HADN'T GOTTEN TO THAT YET AND NEEDED AN EXCUSE NOT TO DO IT.. SO I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP. More
