Called and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, provided the year, make and model of my vehicle. I was quoted at $79.99. I bought the truck at the dealership within the last year and didn’t even receive a complimentary wash after the service. I called the next day to follow up on the inaccurate original quote and after speaking with a representative, they said they would send me something in an email - nothing after a week. More

My complaint is with the oil change service that is located at Mike Bass , In my opinion they should be shut down . I have a 2014 F-150 that I have taken in for oil changes there since new . The last time that I took it in I had to wait for three hours when I had an appoint ment that they promised me a 45 min wait . I just took it back today and left it there for a tire rotation . They gave me a song and dance about the lug nuts being swollen and that they could not guarantee that they could get them back on . My only option was to purchase new lug nuts for $169.00 . Needless to say I will NEVER return to that rathole for any oil changes or tires etc . More

My mother had an oil changed on her car (Ford 500) in May. About two weeks ago, the light came on that her oil life was 0%. She took her car in today (12/14). This review is not a reflection on the sales department or Ford vehicles. My problem is with the service department, they did a recall service for my windshield of my 2022 ranger and oil service. Removed wind/rain guard after being told to leave alone if secured with adhesive. Service manger informed me technician pried to remove(proper way is with a heat gun for what would had been a easy reapply if secured with adhesive. The technician did not discard dirty/used floor cover. Not to mention approximately two years ago I wanted to bring vehicle in for recall work. After speaking over the phone with a gentlemen, he told me he is not aware of any recalls on my vehicle(with vin number presented), an to just bring it on in, an pay ninety-five dollars for a complete vehicle inspection, and they will take a look.
