I slammed my seatbelt in my door at work and it jammed so the door wouldn't close. AAA sent someone that couldn't fix it, and then they radioed for a tow. I called Service during the two hours I wasted with AAA and they were helpful and assured me that they would fix it right away. Right away was more like in minutes! Once I got the car to the dealer, there was no line in service and Gary was very helpful and fixed my car on the spot. No paperwork, No bill just amazing very professional customer service! Working in sales, I cannot work without my car and thanks to Mike Barney Nissan and Gary I was back to work right away! I was a walking commercial for the dealer the rest of the day as I was amazed at how fast my door was fixed. I had two hours waiting for AAA to stress about how much the repair would cost and how long I would be without my car...and I was so plesantly surprised! OUr next car will be a Mike Barney Nissan! 2008 Nissan Rogue we bought has had several problems and now they are costing us....The salesman was rude and answered personal calls while we were meeting with him. Mike Barney not only lousy jingle and also,lousy employees, WORST DEALER in WNY. I have never wanted to take my car to Mike Barneys at the first place because of my experience two years ago.I wanted employees, WORST DEALER in WNY. I have never wanted to take my car to Mike Barneys at the first place because of my experience two years ago.I wanted to buy a 370z and the sales person, stopped me at the door and told me that he would bring me a brochure. He did not let me into the dealer.I guess he did not think I was serious because I have shorts and flip flops on. I ended up buying my car from Dorschell, in Rochester. The second bad experience was I had to drop my car at Mike Barneys because I had no other option.I dropped my car off, and the technician told me that he would call me. He never did, I ended up calling him. Left him messages, but technician never called me back, my car sat there for a week, I had to stop by in order to see what was going on. On top of it, they scratched my car and told me that is how they got it.I know for sure that there was no scratch on my car. I strongly recommend not to do any business with Mike Barneys. But like me if you don't have an option, and you have to drop your car off for service at Mike Barneys, make sure that you take pics before.I don't want anyone to go through the same thing. More
