Flat tire Went in on Friday because of low tire light being on. Told them I wasn’t sure what it was on, the temperature outside was not that cold. But come Monday morning on low tire light came on again and I headed straight for dealership. By the time I got there, it was almost flat because of a nail in it. Of course it wasn’t fixable and I had to purchase a new tire and had to rely upon relatives to get me to and from work. If they would have checked it on Friday, I could have had the tire ordered and not have to inconvenience my family. They wouldn’t even give me a discount. I have never had this kind of experience with them before. Just wish they would have helped person out a little financially. More

When I had a starting issue with my 2009 Grand Caravan Julia was veary helpful in getting it towed into there shop and keeping me up todate on what it needed for repairs. She also ran the vin # and found Julia was veary helpful in getting it towed into there shop and keeping me up todate on what it needed for repairs. She also ran the vin # and found out that it had four recalls on it that had not been taken care of. She offered to take care of them while it was there even though they didn,t sell the vehicle. The dealer that sold me the vehicle the week before should have taken care of them before they sold it to anyone. I would go back to them in the futher when the need arises. More
