Had a vehicle towed in and diagnosed. Price was extravagant and wanted it towed back home; sent the tow truck there and tried to pay for the diagnosis and they declined and made me wait. Forwarded to 3 people and then a voicemail, The tow truck left because of them and their greed of me not getting the service done there. If you want to pay scam prices. Get your repairs done here. You cant even pay for the diagnosis to get your car out because of their greed. More

Worst experience every, I have been a customer since 2018, I was given a loaner which this wasn't the first time, my car was ready which I didn't know because the dealership said they had tge wrong numb 2018, I was given a loaner which this wasn't the first time, my car was ready which I didn't know because the dealership said they had tge wrong number mind you they have called me several times before but after 4 days of tge calling the wrong number the manager called the police and reported the car stolen all while they still had my car. I'm a nurse so for them to come to my job and have the car towed was so embarrassing. My boss and co workers were present, the police officer was rude and acted like I was a criminal. I will never go back here and alot of my friends and family are done with them. Prior to this I sent 4 people there and they bought cars. More

Women take your car elsewhere. I've taken auto class, so not completely ignorant when it comes cars, but know enough to know when something is not right. Brought my traverse in fo I've taken auto class, so not completely ignorant when it comes cars, but know enough to know when something is not right. Brought my traverse in for noise that sounded like my rotors grinding then gas mileage tanking with the sound. Had brakes and rotors checked beforehand, and they are fine. Now, because it wasn't making that sound at that moment, and my gas mileage miraculously went up from 9mpg to 15mpg he didnt want to hear anything was wrong. "I have one myself and seems fine to me" 😒I have my own OBD2 sensor which gave me code C-0300 and C-0700. Showed him the codes and he goes "C? Codes start with P" Googled it later, C codes have to do with brake system, steering, and suspension. Imagine that, since I'm complaining of a noise coming from my brakes without even pressing on them thats also affecting my mpg, and brakes n rotors themselves are fine. So right off the bat he not listening to the fact that something is going on. Then tries saying that having my a/c on will drop my gas mileage. To under 10mpg?!? I don't think so. To 15mpg sure. Not to no 9mpg. "Ok well its $95 for diagnostic" $95 for you to barely look at my car and tell me everything is fine because you don't believe anything is even wrong it? I don't think so. Took my keys and left. Turns out my callibers or sliders likely getting stuck, according to my usual mechanic. The ONLY reason I even attempted to have chevy check first is because its still under warranty. Thanks for nothing. Maybe next time not being so patronizing and condescending, and actually listen when a customer tells you there is something is going on with their vehicle. More

HORRIBLE! I was called to pick up my car after the "Environmental Package" was to be done, which is already an all day thing. My daughter drove all the way from Kouts, IN to Merrillville, to pick me u "Environmental Package" was to be done, which is already an all day thing. My daughter drove all the way from Kouts, IN to Merrillville, to pick me up so a loaner wasn't needed. I got the call that my car was ready for pick up. After being dropped off, my car was brought to me. When I got inside and saw that the mileage was 2,000 miles more than when I dropped it off, I got out of the car and looked at the rims, to realize they had given me someone else's vehicle. I told them what happened and waited for them to find my car for a good 20 more minutes. When I received my actual car, nothing on my vehicle had been touched. I called Debbie when I got home to find out what they had done to it, because I noticed absolutely NOTHING. Steve, the service manager, called me back to apologize and told me that he would see to it that I received a loaner vehicle and a $20 gas card. I went in to drop the car off AGAIN, to listen to three people arguing about what Steve told me, and then Steve acting like what he offered was something that I requested. I will NEVER be back. I don't know what has happened, but horrible customer service from the service department! Sorry Bill Alter, you have always been amazing to work with, clearly, our immediate family has purchased seven vehicles from you in the past three years. More
