Bought a brand new 16 Trax. Paint started peeling. Insurance covered first incident then said it was a paint defect. A simple Google search showed that was correct and Chevy and you were aware of it. A woman in your service dept told me about the defect said it could be repaired at cost to ME. Contacted Chevy and got the same response after they contacted you. The car now has 43 thousand miles and was told it can't be fixed at a discount because it's "out of warranty". Wasn't aware that defective paint had a warranty date. You sold a defective vehicle and refuse to stand by your product and your manager couldn't be bothered to return my calls.

We take pride in being able to offer loaner vehicles to customers while they are having work done in our service department. However, once the work has been completed or services are declined, the loaner vehicle must be returned in a timely manner. I understanding what you saying but what i dont understand is that they have had my car before for 2 weeks and they called me i never called them they even called and asked if the mechanic coukd drive my car home to see if he could hear what was going on with my car and i agreed. I dont understand what would make them think me a RN would steal their car when they had mind, I've never missed a car payment and never have i stolen anything. They told me that they had been trying to reach me since the 28th and called the police on the 31st said they sent several emails but could only produce 1 and it didn't have mike anderson on the letter head. I have informed several of my friends and family about this and they informed there friends. I know they could have srnt a courtesy car or even a certified letter to my house i would have received that in a day but again to go that extreme in 4 days. I do know that the company is going to justify their extreme decision. Its ok and thank you for responding. Im over it, its over now
