I contacted Mike Anderson Chevrolet over the phone initially because I did not want to waste my time or theirs due to the fact that I knew obtaining financing for me might be problematic at best (I fu initially because I did not want to waste my time or theirs due to the fact that I knew obtaining financing for me might be problematic at best (I fully expected to be turned down). Not only were they able to obtain financing for me for a great new car (2011 Malibu LT) but everyone was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured in any way and everything was explained to me in a way that made sense (particularly Jesse who was the sales guy I worked with - he told me not to give up hope for the financing, and he was indeed right!). I had previous experience with this dealership when I brought my 2008 Cobalt in for work in the service shop which was very quick, friendly and efficient which is why I returned for this purchase. I will definitely keep coming back here for future service for my new car and when I'm ready to purchase my next one and will also be sure to recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for their next car and/or service.
