Luckily Chevy Customer Service took care of everything on their end. I had Smart Care service (A specific vehicle maintenance contract that covers chassis lubrication, oil, oil filter and tire rotation according to scheduled time and mileage requirements in your owner's manual.) I told them I wanted done what was covered under smart care. I had already had over 6,000 miles since my last rotation. My owners manual says 5-8000 miles while one Frank says 7-9000miles and another one says 7-8000 miles. So all they did was an oil change and that was it. Chevy messed up on their part and had my smart care under a wrong VIN which was caused by another dealership giving them the wrong VIN number. So Mike Anderson had to charge me until things got straighten out. The day after they said they would refund the next day. But did it almost a MONTH later. That's one issue. Another issue is they order the floor that goes in the trunk that covers the spare tire. This was like 3 months ago. They order the part and never called me. I go in to find out they have it but they ordered the wrong part. Finally they get it, I bring my car to them today and they tell me it will take a whole hour to do which only takes literally 5 min. Reason being, your appointment only means you can bring your car, we'll get to your car when we can. Really????? It takes almost as long as an oil change to take out a board and put in a new one. Never again am i bringing my car here again. I wasn't even going to bring it today but they had the part for my trunk. Oh and lastly I had to bring my car to them at least twice to fix something in the transmission. The first time they told me nothing was wrong until I went on a test drive with them to show exactly what they missed which i don't know how they could. Brought it back a second time because it was even worse then the first time. If you have a positive experience with them, that's great I'm glad, I wish only I had one. And It's frustrating because they are 5 blocks away from my house, now I have to find a further dealership. More

Overall The expierience was pleasing. I went into the dealship looking for paperwork on a Chevy Tahoe and walked out with a 2011 Suburban....Right, I know. The last dealship i went too I walked away from dealship looking for paperwork on a Chevy Tahoe and walked out with a 2011 Suburban....Right, I know. The last dealship i went too I walked away from feeling very dirty, This time it was very good, Jesse went out of his way to help me. While waiting on the credit check a man in a wheelchair came in to inquire about the Chevy Camareo. Jesse, asked me if he could help him real quick. Jesse took the time and showed him everything about the car including lowering the convertable top and showing him the sound system in the car. The man ended up being a veteran. I thought that awesome!!!!!! Mike Anderson Chevrolet was a pleasure to do business with and will get my business in the future. P.S. On a side note there was a problem with the installation of an agreed upon aftermarket accessory. Both Jesse and the service manager Tim Jenney stood by me and got the problem solved in a timely manner. More
My girlfriend and I had finally found a car that we wanted to buy and it was from a dealership that was right across the street from us. Tony, was helpful and patient while we looked at the many cars they had available. He was also extremely helpful when we came back a few days later with some concerns. Words can not express how greatful I am for the help and service that I received at Mike Anderson Cheverolet. I drive past this place every day to and from work and decided that since I had just rolled over service that I received at Mike Anderson Cheverolet. I drive past this place every day to and from work and decided that since I had just rolled over 100,000 miles on my current Chevy, it was time to start looking. (While I know that Chevys last much longer than 100,000 miles, I wanted the new car feeling too!) Upon walking in to the showroom on Irving Park I was welcomed by the receptionist and Jesse F. From Sales. He was just amazing. The best thing was that he was honest. Car salesmen have a bad rap for being these pushy, dishonest, people who are just looking for the next sale. Jesse was awesome. Asked me what I was looking for, took me around, and once he ran my info was honest with what I could afford. To make the deal even sweeter, He and Terry were able to pull off a miracle in getting me the credit line that I needed in order to get the vehicle of my choice. Before I knew it, I was driving out of the lot with the new Tahoe that I was hoping for. More
Jesse Fakhoury was one of the most attentive individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very responsive with the questions I wanted answered and his humor which is to die for also made for I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I went in today just planning on beginning my search for a new car. I was leery of finding a dealer that could offer me a decent percentage rate due for financing due to my recent credit score. Little did I know, I'd be walking out with a new car in hand! The service by all of the personnel from financing, sales, and maintenance was outstanding. Everyone was extremely courteous and patient with me. Both Jesse and Wally put me at ease, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Going to Mike Anderson Chevy was my moms idea and I even visited their competitor Jennings Chevy so I could compare price quotes and get the best trade in offer possible. Mike Radzinski and Jesse Fakhoury w visited their competitor Jennings Chevy so I could compare price quotes and get the best trade in offer possible. Mike Radzinski and Jesse Fakhoury went above and beyond to make sure there was no comparison in the 2 dealerships. I was certain I wouldn't be able to get financed with my credit and sure enough I was approved. The interest rate almost had me withdraw from the deal but that's my own fault for not having good credit. I grabbed a co-signor and drove off with 2.9% financing and happier than ever in my new Chevy Cruze LTZ! I would recommend their dealership to anyone I know and even those I don't know! I'm looking forward to the same experience when I go to them for service! More
