Marco Martinez was an excellent sales person, both personable and polite. His sales presence was helpful and he did not play any of the High Pressure games I've seen on other dealerships. He was willi personable and polite. His sales presence was helpful and he did not play any of the High Pressure games I've seen on other dealerships. He was willing to work out detail and kinks, even a misunderstanding on my part, right up to the last minute. 10/10 Raazak in finance was also great. Personable, clear, And also did not engage in high pressure sales tactics. ( Please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) Never once did I encounter the salesmanin person which I consider good because it means no one's trying to micromanage the salespeople, And no one's trying to use high pressure tactics against me. I ended up getting a very good price. On a very good Chevy with a platinum class warranty More
I would like to thank Janelle Norton for listening to what I needed when I came by to test drive a car. I had a Chevy Trax trim and color in mind when I decided to come by last minute (near closing), and what I needed when I came by to test drive a car. I had a Chevy Trax trim and color in mind when I decided to come by last minute (near closing), and explained my circumstances to Janelle. She patiently listened, thought about it, and directed me to a trim and color that turned out to be even better than what I came for - it served not just what I needed but also what I wanted. I didn't think I'd love the car as much as I do now after using it for a few days. Thanks Janelle, and to the rest of the team who helped a smooth purchase process. More
If I could give this dealership less of a rating than I would! First, I would like to say this dealership only concern is about money and pushing a sale through. The service department is highly unders would! First, I would like to say this dealership only concern is about money and pushing a sale through. The service department is highly understaffed and likes to argue with their customers. I was recently sold a Lincoln Aviator (used) on April 30th 2024 and my vehicle has a persistent water leak that you can clearly see from the stains in the roof of my vehicle. Whenever it rains water leaks into my vehicle which has and will continue to cause more damage to my vehicle. Upon bringing my vehicle my into service again for the third time since I purchased my vehicle the service advisor Robert Chirempes stated that they sent my vehicle to the ford Manufacture company to have other issues addressed although because they did not want to spend the money, they attempted to have a technician who was NOT efficient with doing the service try to find the issue. When their service technician could not complete the service, they explained it was nothing further they could do even though they sent my car to ford and DID NOT want to pay to fix the damaged car they sold. I am now left with a vehicle that leaks water inside whenever it rains or if I go through a car wash! Do not buy a car from here!! More
Despite a previous terrible experience with the Mike Anderson Sales department, decided to try and use Anderson for service. I had purchased a comprehensive maintenance plan. There were problems with th Anderson Sales department, decided to try and use Anderson for service. I had purchased a comprehensive maintenance plan. There were problems with the GM Protection company, and Anderson had to submit an invoice for repayment. They expected me to pay up front and wait for reimbursement, partly, I believe, because they were going to charge more than the maintenance plan was going to pay out. This place is nasty and dishonest. The service manager is horrible. Adding insult to injury, whoever brought my car back to me somehow decided, for reasons absolutely unknown to me, to turn off my one-pedal drive feature without informing me. I nearly hit the car in front of me at the first stop light after pulling out of the dealership, and had to pull over to figure out how to get it back on. That is nothing but dangerous negligence. In the interest of fairness, there were two minor positives. First, they did allow me to charge my car for free while this ordeal was going on. That was nice. Second, I do appreciateone service representative did spend a good deal of time trying to resolve the absurdity of the situation. It just seems to me that, as a first time customer with a new car who was planning to be a long term customer, the dealership would have done more to keep my business. All of the problems were a result of miscommunication between Mike Anderson Chevrolet, Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort (where I bought the care and eventually drove over an hour each way to get my service completed), and the GM Protection company. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to make the calls, try to resolve the problems, and pay out of pocket. After two hours, ultimately not getting the service I had already paid for, I had it. Never again! More
I bought a Chevy equinox from them a few years ago. I was in an accident and my car was totaled out. Mike Anderson Chevy never refunded me back my gap insurance refunded. So if you do get a vehicle wit I was in an accident and my car was totaled out. Mike Anderson Chevy never refunded me back my gap insurance refunded. So if you do get a vehicle with them DO NOT GET GAP INSURANCE. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. They have hung up on me when I called to ask about this situation and when I go to the dealership they can't cut me a check cause the person who writes the checks is never there (so they say) and also have tried to get me to purchase another car instead of giving me my refund. I've been going thru this with them for years. So please look elsewhere for gap insurance. I would honestly say look for another dealership. More

Though some time has passed, I had an experience with Mike Anderson dealership that I feel compelled to share. While I understand that every customer interaction can present its challenges, the level of service I received was far below what I expected. When I approached Mike Anderson dealership seeking assistance with my lease, the manager agreed to help me, which initially gave me hope. However, as my case progressed, it became increasingly clear that my concerns were not being taken seriously. The manager handling my case suddenly decided it wasn't worth his time and began avoiding my calls altogether. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, I was passed off to other staff members who seemed equally disinterested in helping me. Throughout this entire ordeal, what was most disheartening was the complete disregard for basic human dignity. Being ignored, lied to, and treated as an inconvenience is simply unacceptable in any customer service interaction. While I understand that not every situation can be resolved to everyone's satisfaction, the least I expected was to be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was sorely lacking in my experience with Mike Anderson dealership. After my bad experience with Mike Anderson, I was on the verge of giving up hope in resolving my issue. Fortunately, I found a different dealership that provided outstanding customer service and successfully resolved my concerns. I assume some customer care representative will respond to my review with an apology, however, don't be deceived. My experience reveals systemic issues within Mike Anderson dealership that cannot be easily remedied with a simple apology. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a different dealership. More

As the order kept getting delayed, she continually updated me on its status and presented alternate options. Once I got my vehicle, she was very patient in answering all my follow-up questions. I would gladly work with her again with future car needs. More

Gen 2 Chevy Volts (mine is 2017) have a very common issue where the vehicle won't recognize that it has been shifted to P (shift to park warning). Because of this, GM has added the fix to the Voltec warranty where the vehicle won't recognize that it has been shifted to P (shift to park warning). Because of this, GM has added the fix to the Voltec warranty. My vehicle is well within the Voltec warranty as I have 48,500 miles. The service advisor claimed it is not covered and said this would cost around $500. I explained it is covered several times. I called the Service manager and he rudely proclaimed it is not covered. It is clearly stated in the Shift to park service bulletin that it is covered as of Oct. 2019. So I left that dealer. I have an 11 week old newborn and I now have to drive to a different and far more distant dealer to get proper service. Dealers/service should know what is covered under warranty. Will not return to this dealer for service or a new upcoming vehicle purchase. More
