The vast array of pictures and detailed description piqued my interest and resulted in a drive up to check out the car and the showroom on a saturday morning. After looking over and discussing the car with both Doug and Rich, we took it out for a test drive and I was completely sold. After some quick and easy discussions, we arrived at a price and started the paperwork. Throughout the process everyone in the building was helpful, quick to ask if I needed anything and extremely friendly. When an issue with the car I was trading in was discovered, they explained in great detail their concerns, showed me exactly what the issues were and worked with me to find a solution so I could drive my new love off the lot that day. While I'm sure this will sound incredibly cliche, I truly believe this will be the start of a beautiful relationship both in sales and service.
