Rich was not only the most professional and knowledgable finance manager I have ever dealt with, but actually made it a pain free encounter. Rich explained to me why it would be to my advantage to purchase an extended warranty. I have never purchased one before but with his explanation I realized it was the best thing for me to do to protect my investment. I never felt that Rich was trying to sell me anything but more important he was truly trying to help me. He is a credit to his profession.
