Excellence! i was looking for my dream car and the fact that it was 3 minutes from my house made this the best car buying experience of my lifetime. I knew what I wanted and they had a great candidate. The only thing that kept me from buying the night I looked at the car was a lack of warranty. The car was the best I had seen in all of the local cars I found. (ZR1 Corvette) and buying anything at this price point makes me nervous buying online. Ben and crew took the initiative to research the possibility of getting a local Chevy dealer to extend the warranty. They called me last Friday afternoon as I had fully intended to buy another car at a different GM dealer in another state due to the warranty issue. They told me that I could in fact extend the warranty through another local dealership which I in turn confirmed. We went back Friday evening as they stayed late to accommodate my wife's schedule. We bought that night. I financed through my bank and picked up the car on Monday. Considering they are working out of temporary space due to a fire at their real showroom they are making lemonade out of lemons! Very fast lemonade I might add! Besides that, I enjoyed buying a car from this place! P.S. To the dealers! Next time when a customer says that their county does not do edmission test, please listen to them and get to the bottom of it right then and their. More

This was our first online used auto purchase and we were hesitant. My husband and I purchased his dream car, an Aston Martin, from Midwest Motors. We can't say enough good about this dealership and all of their employees! First of all, we drove to the Chicago area Martin, from Midwest Motors. We can't say enough good about this dealership and all of their employees! First of all, we drove to the Chicago area from Indianapolis, Indiana to get this car, but from the detailed and extensive photos of the car on Midwest's website, we had no doubts about the condition of the car. My husband had also been in contact with Chris Gleason prior to our trip and all details of the transaction were worked out before we left home. The Aston Martin was immaculate, as clean and beautiful as the day it left the factory. Due to the nature of the Aston being previously owned by a collector, and therefore barely driven, we experienced some minor engine issues after leaving Lake Zurich. My husband called Chris immediately, and when the problem didn't resolve itself by the time we got back to Indianapolis, we were put in contact with George Hanley in Service and told that if we were willing to bring the car back to Midwest then they would fix the car at no charge to us. Considering that this car was purchased as is, without a warranty, we were so impressed that Midwest offered to make things right. The car is now back on the road and my husband is in love with his Aston Martin! We would highly recommend Midwest Motors to anyone, and would offer one warning: be prepared to fall in love with at least one of the cars in their showroom! More
