I stopped by Midwest kia just wanting to see if I could buy a new car and keep my payments close to what I was paying each month. I was driving 2009 car with close to 100,000 miles on it. Patrick Quane was there to help me from start to finish. I told him what I was looking for, and the payment price I had each month. It took him no time at all to help me find something in my budget, and something that I love! He was easy going and not pushy at all. I went to quite a few dealerships these last couple of months with a friend of mine helping her look for a car. I have to say kia is by far the best experience I had. I will definitely go back to Patrick on the next car I get, and send anyone that wants an awesome car buying experience his way. Also the warrany for the kia is awesome and I am paying a little less each month to drive a brand new car! More

Patrick helped us find the car we were interested in and made sure we were happy with all aspects of it. Then he assisted in the process of making the decision to "take the plunge." He was overwhelmingly helpful with all of our needs and concerns. He was direct without being rude! By the time we left the dealership, we had encountered one of the nicest and most sincere groups of staff I have ever met. I highly recommend and endorse the staff of Midwest Kia! More
Entered dealership to purchase pre-owned 2007 BMW on Monday. Could not reach a deal so we left disappointed, but not unhappy. Received a phone call from Sales Manager - Brian on Wednesday offering ano Monday. Could not reach a deal so we left disappointed, but not unhappy. Received a phone call from Sales Manager - Brian on Wednesday offering another proposal, which we accepted over the phone, but was advised that another Sales Manager - Victor had driven the vehicle home. Would have it detailed and ready Thursday evening for pickup. Received a call from Sales Rep - Michael, that there is a problem, "vehicle had been in a wreck", "we can get you a different 2007 model from Colorado at a better price", and finally, "Victor, our Sales Manager wants to buy it". Arrived at dealership Thursday evening to make good on deal offered - "Victor left vehicle at home", "Victor is not available", "Owner is not available" Very poor integrity with entire team at this dealership. Buyers be extremely aware. Guys like this contribute to the bad reputation car salesmen have. Bought a 2012 Honda Pilot 2 hours later. More
I went in to take my 2005 Kia Sorento in for an oil change. My attention was just to look at there Kia Opitma car and after driving it for a couple of days i missed my SUV. So i called Carla Le up and change. My attention was just to look at there Kia Opitma car and after driving it for a couple of days i missed my SUV. So i called Carla Le up and said this car is not for me. She asked what would i like to see i said let me check out the new Sorento's. After 9 years of driving a Sorento needless to say i purchased a New Sorento love the way the drive and handles my son loves it. Thanks Midwest. More

The reason i avoid car shoppng at all costs is because i usually feel pressured into either a car i didnt like or terms i didnt agree with. Guad Gonzalez was super respectful and attentive. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Tom Rodgers. He was upfront, friendly, and very down to earth.
