This dealer will play you. I thought I was pretty savvy dealing with car salespeople, but these guys bested me. I purchased a car from them after a test drive and words of assu I thought I was pretty savvy dealing with car salespeople, but these guys bested me. I purchased a car from them after a test drive and words of assurance from the salesman (Josh) that he had tested every possible system for safety issues. On the trip home from Cincinnati to Dayton, the radiator ran dry. Before my daughter could find a safe place to stop, the car stopped dead in its tracks with a blown head gasket. Yes, before we ever got the car home, it's value dropped to 10% of the purchase price. Our mechanic said that a radiator pipe was leaking antifreeze, and leaking badly enough that the radiator was emptied in less than 40 miles. I listened to Josh talk about how important it is for him to teach honesty to his kids, and how he would never let an unsafe car leave the lot. The whole while, they had to know that the radiator was leaking. It was leaking badly enough that it ran completely dry in less than 40 miles. This was not just an occasional drip. I have contacted the dealer, but as of right now, I have not heard back. Steer clear of this place! More
Recently purchased a used Lexus from this dealership. The beginning of the transaction was smooth and pleasant and John was patient while I was working through my financing. I live 2,000 miles away and did what I thought was a thorough check of the car's history and current condition. The video chat I had with John appeared to show no distinct flaws. I specifically asked John about rust and was told it was clean and nothing alarming stood out during the video chat. I flew into Cincinnati to drive the car home and in preparation for my drive, I purchased 2 new tires to go along side 2 other identical new tires which they had already installed. Two+ hours into my drive home, I had a blowout on one of the tires I purchased. This was quite alarming as might be expected. After installing the donut spare, I drove another 15 minutes to a gas station where I discovered that the remaining 3 tires were inflated to 60psi!!! I called the dealership and asked if I could get a refund on just the one tire that had a blowout. I was told that they would not refund me and that my only option was to drive 2+ hours back to the dealership on a donut that is rated for only 60 miles and then wait for one or two days to get the tire warrantied. As I was on a tight schedule and as it was risky to drive the donut that distance, this was a completely unreasonable request on their part for something that was clearly their fault. I was also shocked to discover additional damage to the car that was not disclosed to me despite my continual asking, such as a hack job fix of the passenger side mirror. That was kept skillfully hidden from me during the video chat. I was also shocked to discover that there was indeed quite a bit of rust on the undercarriage of the vehicle after being told there was not. I understand that there is a degree of responsibility that falls on myself, despite the due diligence I performed prior to the purchase. This, however, rises to a degree of deception and lack of responsibility on their part that is simply not acceptable and which needs to be brought to light for the sake of others who may be considering doing business with this dealership. Unfortunate I was interested in a vehicle advertised on the website of the dealership. I was ignored and dismissed by 2 sales reps. After sending an initiation text, I responded and never heard back from Morgan. No acknowledgement that she received my messages or answers to my questions. I dismissed it assuming she was busy. I called the dealership and got Kelley. He also was helpful and a little pushy initially. I expected it from a sales rep, this isn't my first time. After completing the credit application that Kelley eagerly stressed. I never heard back from him. I called the dealership asking for answers, didn't talk to Kelley but later got a text from him. Still no answers to my questions but instead excuses. I expressed my frustration with getting answers and help as I would be traveling over 2 hours to purchase the car. He clearly was unconcerned. I have kept the record of his response. It was the most disrespectful response Ive ever received. Ive been in contact with countless dealerships and never so turned off. The message was full of excuses and arrogant remarks. Still no answers and now no purchase because I refuse to spend my coins and be disrespected. More
