Poor customer service Dealership had difficult time managing needed paperwork and had sent texts to request information. Never a call which was not professional. Mixed up phone numbers and kept texting me but was trying to reach the main applicant. Sent threatening text today that they were coming to get my sisters car if she did not provide them with information they already had. Dealt with Jobnny... Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Seems like they get people with bad credit and feel they can treat them less than others. Also received a voicemail from Tanisha requesting for my finance application. When I called back, she insisted she didn't call me. Very disorganized. More
