Kind. Courteous. Hospitable. They buy autos that are in good condition because they are not "fixer-upper" people. They sell "as is." They have their autos Courteous. Hospitable. They present you with that mechanic's assessment as to what needs to be done. Ours needs "caps" on the tie rods, and I believe they said they would have that done when the auto is "detailed." The autos come clean, but a "detailing" arrangement with one of 3 outside sources is included in the price. The detailing place we chose, "Mint Condition," apparently has such a good reputation that we can't get in for about a month. We are very happy with our purchase and are looking forward to finishing the deal with the minor, but important, cap replacement and the detailing which will put us in mint condition as much as is possible for a one-owner used car. We bought a used car from this dealership from out of state (Texas), without the ability to test-drive or even personally examine the car before taking delivery. Junior was extremely mindful about disclosing everything he could about the car, and we appreciate his abiding interest in doing the right thing and taking extra measures to ensure there were no surprises. He shot videos for us (we didn't even ask) so we could see problem areas he was able to identify, and so we could hear the engine running. He even shot a video showing the car's undercarriage. He did a marvelous job. There were NO surprises, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. I'd take my business to this dealership any time. More
Trashy dealership. Refused to work with the price to compinsate for inoperable parts on the car. I offered a more then fair offer in cash out right for the vehicle. They explained its a one price dealership & then proceeded to raise the price past the sticker price when i offered that amount. They employ low grade sales associates that do not respect the money or you when trying to spend your money with them. There is a reason they are a small dealership tucked away in a stripmall setting. They lie to your face & go beyond the rights they have as a company & will xxxx you over & try to steal your money by disrespecting you as a consumer by allowing personal jugdments of you instead of respecting you as a client. I was looking for 2 vehicles one for me & one for my son. There loss & i hope you dont allow this company to get away with disrespect of you as a customer. Sales person, I think he is racist. More
Erick is dishonest, in my opinion. I brought the Audi 2011 SUV to the Audi dealership. They said I needed a blower replacement xxR. I called Eric salesback about it and he said “I will take care of it”. I then proceeded to have a comprehensive check on the car for $169.00. I learned that Midwest Auto Was misleading about brakes etc. When I returned to the dealer he said he “I did not say I would take care of the blower blowe” I then talked about the $3,500.00 problems the car has. I expressed my concerns about his sociopathic sales technique. I would not have paid out $ 169.00 if he would have been honest from the get go. More

Not bad but not happy! So the salesmen were hands down very nice and helpful. I bought my car here exactly 3 weeks ago. They told me the vehicle was looked over very well by their mechanics. When I was test driving my car the check engine light came on. The ran the codes and took the top price off the asking price. Which I thought was awsome because it was an easy fix and i found parts cheaper then they did. Yesterday i went to change the part and found my exhaust manifold had a huge crack almost all the way around and it went all the way thru it. I am not very happy their mechanic didnt do his job at all! I love my car and I had a good experience while I was at the dealership. But a pot of the reviews say their are things that they lied about. Wont go to this dealer again! More
