CONSTANT LIES AND THE RUNAROUND If I could give ZERO stars I would! I was supposed to get $3K cash back for the car I traded in and it’s now 2 weeks later and I STILL don’t have my m If I could give ZERO stars I would! I was PROMISED they would cut the check yesterday, then yesterday they apologized and PROMISED it would be today. Well today I received nothing but ANOTHER apology and PROMISED it would be tomorrow. This whole buying experience has been a nightmare! They don’t care about your needs AT ALL! I am a single mother with 3 small children who is currently struggling and NEEDING that money and they just flat out DONT CARE! Take your business elsewhere unless you want your deal to drag out for weeks and be given the runaround and lied to constantly! More

I drive extra miles to go to this dealer. I purchased my Nissan from a dealer close to our home on Bell Road. I have never been satisfied with the service we get from this dealer. There prices I purchased my Nissan from a dealer close to our home on Bell Road. I have never been satisfied with the service we get from this dealer. There prices are higher than other dealers and they never offer us a way to save money on service issues. On my last visit to the bad dealer they tried to “sell” us on $800.00 in service. The car has 30,000 miles on it! With that said, while we did purchase from this dealer – we will drive extra miles to Midway Nissan for their excellent service. Tim Roberts is an excellent Service Manager and on the first visit to Midway made me feel welcome and provided excellent service that – in my opinion – was reasonably priced. More

Unexpected! I was dreading the thought of looking for a new car. When I walked into the lobby, the place was hoppin’. There were people everywhere. I’ve never see I was dreading the thought of looking for a new car. When I walked into the lobby, the place was hoppin’. There were people everywhere. I’ve never seen a dealerships showroom so full. Nin Smith was my sales person and he was great. He brought his small town appeal to the conversation. No heavy pressure. Everyone knows buying a car is a dance. There are steps that you follow in most dealerships. Midway was no different but the people made a huge difference. When I came to my financing, I held my grounds. I knew my budget and they were able to meet it. Antonio in the financing/contract part of the dance was an experience like I’ve never had when buying a car. He covered things pertaining to the warranties no other finance person has ever willingly made me aware of. For example, the power train warranty is protection for Nissans workmanship among other things. He was a great communicator. I’ve never experienced using a car like this. They will have my loyalty for a long time. Thanks Nin and Antonio!!! More
