Great experience! Midway Nisan is the place to go if you want a fair honest deal. I picked the car I wanted and Midway Nissan made every effort to accomidate me. Obie and Marco were nothing but kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I walked out with my needs met and a smile on my face. Obie always stayed connected with me and my purchase and even bought me and my kids dinner the night I rang the bell and celebrated my new purchase. I am EXTREMELY happy of my purchase of a 2018 Nissan Rouge Sport from Midway Nissan. I would recommend Midway Nissan to all of my friends, and look forward to working with them in the future. More

Professional Liars!!! Where to begin? I contacted a salesperson named Golda told her what I was after, a specific Infiniti on their website. Then I received a follow up cal Where to begin? I contacted a salesperson named Golda told her what I was after, a specific Infiniti on their website. Then I received a follow up call from a sales manager named London, whom I talked with thereafter. I offered them an amount for a specific used Infiniti QX50. London even asked for the VIN. and stock number. He called me back and agreed to the price. I told London that I would not pay a penny more and that I needed his assurance that was what would happen (as I live out of state). London guaranteed me that nothing would change. I had to fly to Phoenix and asked if they could have someone pick me up at the airport at a specific time and date, London agreed to do just that. I text him upon getting on my flight......nothing! When I landed.......nothing. I called the dealership and was told that London wasn't there, it was his day off. So no ride!! Finally after an hour at the airport I contacted them by phone again and told them that I would catch an Uber or Lyft ride there if they would reimburse me, a sales Mgr. agreed. Then after 6 or so hours of RUN AROUND at the dealership, including trying to tell me that they thought it was a different Infinit (even though I had previously given them the stock number and VIN), They then messed with the price for a few hours. I finally called another Lyft to take me to get a rental car. I was lied to from the very start until I left and then in a conversation the next day with the GSM James. If you want to waste your time and get screwed go here!! NEVER EVER SHOULD YOU DARKEN THE DOORS OF THIS TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! From the top to the bottom they lie and cheat all customers!! More
