Worst Customer Service.....EVER!!! Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The two people we worked with did not keep us in the loop, we had to constantly call them and the Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The two people we worked with did not keep us in the loop, we had to constantly call them and they seemed uninterested in helping us. I understand people get busy but a simple courtesy call goes a long way and it would have been appreciated. Each time my husband called to find out where we were with our situation they seemed bored by the whole thing. They treated us as if we were a major inconvenience, kept giving us the run around and acted like they were just having a lazy day in the park and they were in no rush to get up from their fun in the sun. Then on top of that they lied to us about a car being brought down from another dealership. They told us, "It's on it's way right now, so it should be here in about an hour. We will call you when it gets here." - We NEVER received a call. Come to find out, it NEVER left the other facility. The two people we worked with is why car dealerships get the bum raps they do. Just BAD business all around and I would NOT recommend this particular dealership to anyone. On a good note - After 4 days, yes 4, of dealing with them we went to someone else and everything was taken care of in one day. The next person we went to was kind, courteous, eager for our business and ready to make a deal. He not only worked with us, he worked for us - the way it should be! More
