I called in to Shawn that I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I am from out of town, and would be passing thru. He told me to come in and they would fit me in. We live over 80 miles from Midway Motors in McPherson but we try to get our van sericed at their dealership because they are extremely friendly, helpful and have good prices. The serivce that i received was excellent especially since it was the day before a major holiday. We are from North Carolina, we drove my son's new 2010 jeep Wrangler to McPherson, Kansas for his freshman year at McPherson College, my son is a stickler for care, we had oil changed. Midway went one better with thorough wash clean,(you could only imagine how dirty from driving across seven states) and loaner car, I will go no where else, the Hoover family (Midway)is highly concerned for the care of their clients, and their own employees, thay were so gracious, and kind, and even when my wife and I were to leave for our return trip to North Carolina, they kindly provided a driver to take us to the Wichita Airport.. In May of 2009 we purchased a G.M.certified 2006 buick lucerne from a buick dealer in Hutchinson. Since it was G.M. certified they added 15000 miles to the bumper to bumper warranty. When we took it in fo lucerne from a buick dealer in Hutchinson. Since it was G.M. certified they added 15000 miles to the bumper to bumper warranty. When we took it in for the first oil change in Hutchinson we had a problem with the rubber air dam under the front bumper, when we told the service man about the bumper to bumper warranty that should cover fixing the problem his response was you DO NOT have Bto B warranty. Needless to say I won't go back to the Hutchinson dealer for service or buying. Next we had a noise in front end so we took it to Midway buick in McPherson. When I told them about the warranty they just pulled us up on the computer and confirmed that we did have full warranty. They fixed that problem No Charge. Then we had a wheel loosing the chrome, they put on 4 new wheels No charge. We now drive 30 miles to Midway for all service on our buick. They even gave us a car to go home while the work was done. They understand customer service. More
