Purchased a G6 convertible on Dec 30th supposedly a new car, salesman did not do a walk thru with me...car was filthy had to take an get it cleaned on the inside, scratches all over it, an a few other mino car, salesman did not do a walk thru with me...car was filthy had to take an get it cleaned on the inside, scratches all over it, an a few other minor things that needed repair...returned car they kept it for 3wks...returned it with scratches still on the car, missing floor mat in back seat, called again they kept the car for 2 more wks and told me that the scratches can not come out or the poly coat will come off...car had 560 miles on it at time of purchase...not happy with condition of the body on the car the performance is great...Just feel I purchased a used vehicle by the condition of the body and dirt on the inside...never in 20yrs that I've dealt w/GM have I received a new car in this type of shape...salesman was short about it told me they did all they could do for me...had I realized the condition of the car I would have insisted on a different vehicle or a reduction in price...not happy with my purchase feel I was taken advantage of...some of it my fault for not insisting on a walk thru before I drove off the lot but it was late in the day I had a long drive to go home an he rushed me thru....will not deal w/this dealership in the future for purchasing...very unhappy....Angie More
We were initially very indecisive about exactly what we wanted. We had some criteria, but there were a number of options available to fit that criteria. Although we weren't initially looking for a vehicle as nicely equipped as the one that we ended up buying, Gabe made us a deal that was to good to pass up. The salesman was fantastic, but the shop was less than ambitious. In cleaning up the vehicle, they failed to vacuum the trunk, which was full of pet hair. He's one of the finest salespeople we've had the opportunity to work with in our many years of vehicle shopping. He went out of his way to accommodate us in many different ways. "Goods" above are *very* good. Car was not in stock - dealership quickly located suitable car in neighboring state. Dealer drove car here; 290 miles on odometer when delivered. OK and agreed to. Dutch's service was terrific! He has done business with our family for years and knows what we like and does a great job of finding it and usually we can agree on a price. Wade & Christian were very willing to accomodat us. We live quite a ways away from the dealership, so they met us halfway to test drive and make the deal. The salesperson listened to what we wanted. He did not try to sell us something that he knew we didn't want. Mike went out of his way to go pick up the car at a different location and bring it to show to try to sell us something that he knew we didn't want. He made us feel very comfortable during the test drive and answered all the questions we had about the vehicle. We went to just "look" at a Mustang that evening but ended up driving it home the same evening. More
