I sent an e-mail to Kevin Post of Midway Motors in McPherson, Kansas inquiring about the possibility of coming to McPherson to purchase a vehicle I had found on the Midway Motors website. During the course of my phone calls and subsequent e-mails to and from Kevin, I was steered in the direction of another vehicle which Kevin assured me was a "nice van". Well, long story cut short, the van was just what we were looking for, and my wife and I loved it immediately. The price was great, the vehicle was great, and Kevin was a very friendly and easy guy to deal with. During the purchase process, I also interacted with Ed (whose last name escapes me) the financial guy with Midway Motors. Ed, too, was very personable and helpful during the purchase of the vehicle. All in all, my experience with Midway Motors was very satisfying. The day I bought my van, Dee went out in the pouring rain to put our vehicle in the garage to protect it from the oncoming hail. THAT is some "customer service" I'll never forget. I rated the customer service good because Mr.Gumm was very helpful and kind, but it took him awhile to show me what I wanted to look at. He did get the job done well though! We were looking for a GMC Yukon and had done A LOT of research on equipment levels and pricing in the Northeast Kansas area. I found the 07 Yukon at Midway Motors via the internet and it was priced well, but we were hesitant to drive that far. After talking to Jeff Biehler about the Yukon, I was convinced the 90 minute drive would be worthwhile and it was! Jeff had all the info on the vehicle ready, we drove it and loved it! The Yukon was immaculate and had a reasonable warranty. The financing manager got us a great interest rate and we walked out with a great SUV in just over 2 hours. Jeff and his crew were straight-shooters and we will recommend this dealership to all our friends and family. More

The Internet sales department gave me a good price right off the bat, then found some additional rebates & price incentives. They quoted me a very good price for the vehicle and then evaluated my trade-in v off the bat, then found some additional rebates & price incentives. They quoted me a very good price for the vehicle and then evaluated my trade-in vehicle. From my experience with other dealers, I was expecting a low ball price for my trade-in since I had already gotten a good price quote on the vehicle I was looking to buy, but I was wrong. They gave me a good price on the trade-in also. I purchased a truck to pull a 5th wheel RV and they also made certain that the truck was capable for the job. Since they sell "all" American brand cars, they are not pushing one make. I was able to evaluate several makes/models with the same salesman. I have purchased numerous new cars and this was my best experience from beginning to end. More

In May of 2009 we purchased a G.M.certified 2006 buick lucerne from a buick dealer in Hutchinson. Since it was G.M. certified they added 15000 miles to the bumper to bumper warranty. When we took it in for the first oil change in Hutchinson we had a problem with the rubber air dam under the front bumper, when we told the service man about the bumper to bumper warranty that should cover fixing the problem his response was you DO NOT have Bto B warranty. Needless to say I won't go back to the Hutchinson dealer for service or buying. Next we had a noise in front end so we took it to Midway buick in McPherson. When I told them about the warranty they just pulled us up on the computer and confirmed that we did have full warranty. They fixed that problem No Charge. Then we had a wheel loosing the chrome, they put on 4 new wheels No charge. We now drive 30 miles to Midway for all service on our buick. They even gave us a car to go home while the work was done. They understand customer service. More
