Specifically, he goes the extra mile to consult & research, then present and explain options. In situations where I’ve been hesitant, he’s been great at working through the pros/cons and offering guidance based on his years of professional experience. These qualities alone make him a stand out, however there is more..... The sincerity in which he treats "people" is hands down the best I’ve experienced in the auto service world.
