Not only did this dealership have the car I wanted on my very short, particular list ('08 Pontiac G6), and not only did the car have all the options (and more) that I wanted on it, but the service I receive very short, particular list ('08 Pontiac G6), and not only did the car have all the options (and more) that I wanted on it, but the service I received was spectacular. Let me go into more detail of my experience: The initial "buying" experience was seamless and very easy (they sold it to me $500 below blue book value). We had made an appointment to come look at the car. So as soon as the appointment was set, the salesman (Scott) even kept the keys to the car at his desk until we arrived so that the other sales people could not sell it before we arrived, as we made the appointment about 5 hours before our arrival because we live in another city. After the purchase, about a week later I was pulled over by a patrolman because my tag light was out. No big deal, I went to Walmart to buy new bulbs. After putting in the new bulb, still no light. Tried another brand new bulb, still no light. I then figured the wiring was bad, so I took it to a repair shop, only to pay $55 to have the repair shop tell me that they can't fix it. It was due to the wire just being unplugged from the rear fuse box, and the bumper would have to be taken off. The repair shop couldn't take the bumper off because they were not a body shop. They told me only a body shop can take off the bumper to plug it back in. At this point, I was getting pretty upset. This is something that should've been fixed (er, plugged back in) before the car even hit the sales-lot. I decided to call my salesman, Scott, and tell him of the situation. To make the rest of this story short, Midway Motors not only fixed it for free, they reimbursed me for the $55 I had to pay to the repair shop, and they put several gallons of gas in my car for the fuel wasted on driving from my city to theirs and then back to my city again. I thought this inconvenience was handled perfectly by a business that exists to make money. Typically, most businesses do not want to lose money on issues like this and will leave the customer out to dry. But not Midway Motors. They want you to know they are there for you, and they want every customer to be more than satisfied. Anyone can sell a car to a customer. But can you leave a life-lasting impression on the customer? The expertise Rudy showed was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the shop and introduced us to the staff which was pretty cool. Rick was very helpful from the beginning. The car I was looking at was priced very fair. I like how he communicated with me though the whole process. This is the first car that I've ever bought from a new dealership and I wish I was able to buy another right now because of how the dealership treated me. Recently purchased a 2007 Tahoe LT at Midway Motors, WOW what an experience. I began shopping for a Tahoe for my wife and remembered seeing the Midway commercials about a family atmosphere. Through the years I have become tired of dealing with Wichita area dealerships (over purchase and trade of 20+ vehicles). I decided to see if it would be worth the drive and I must say I have no regrets. When we arrived we were greeted at the door and offered assistance. We were working with Kevin Denison and Gabe who had both been incredible already. Kevin was out with a customer but Gabe who was across the room realized who we were and immediate got us situated to drive the tahoe we had been discussing. When we returned Kevin was in and was ready to go through the paperwork if the tahoe suited us, which it did, it was everything we saw in the photos and more. It was flawless just as Kevin had told us it was. We completed some paperwork with Kevin while Wayne in finance finished some things up. He was not quite ready so Kevin offered a tour of the facility. If we were not sure at this point we were definately sold when we were done. I have dealt with many dealerships through the years and I can not express how impressed I was by the facility and staff at Midway Motors. I can not recall one person who was not smiling or who did not greet us as we passed. We then went to the business office where we worked with Wayne. He was also incredible. He was the perfect finish to an already incredible experience. To complete our experience at Midway Motors , Kevin took us to our completely serviced and fuel filled tahoe and walked us through the operation of every feature. I have to say, as a retired police officer and now General Manager for a reputable company, Kudos to Midway Motors you have lived up to our expectations of you. We wish you well and this will not be the last vehicle we purchase from you. You were wonderful. More
We drove from Wichita to Hutchinson to look at a Tahoe, it was running and warmed up ready to test drive when we drove up. Overall it was a good experience. First and foremost, I had told Matt up front I didn’t want any pressure. He found the car with everything I wanted on it at Detroit MI, told me the price and sent me pictures. He told me I wouldn’t be obligated to buy it when it was shipped because that was a concern I had and wanted no hard feelings if I drove it and didn’t like it. Once the car arrived he brought it to me at work and let me drive it home for the night. The next day he told me how much for my trade in. I called the Credit Union, got the loan and check, he brought the papers to my job for me to sign and picked up the check so I never had to go to the dealership. I had wanted the windows tinted and mud flaps put on along with changing the oil and fixing a couple things we noticed needed fixed. He scheduled it all for one day, brought me a rental, picked up my car and even had it delivered back to me at work the following day. Matt called and said the car was done, he was out sick but would have it delivered to me, now that is what I call service. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman to work with and he should be commended for his work ethic and politeness. If anyone wants to buy a vehicle I will definitely give them Matt’s name and tell them about my experience. He has called me a couple of times since then to make sure I am happy with the car. I hadn't purchased a vehicle for a very long time, years really, but this dealership was perfect for me. I found the Suburban I was searching for on the website, called the dealership and was given Mr. Kirc really, but this dealership was perfect for me. I found the Suburban I was searching for on the website, called the dealership and was given Mr. Kirchoff's name. He was friendly, professional and dead easy to work with, as was Mr. Alkhoury in finance. It took a bit to work out the finance agreement so my husband was comfortable with my payments, but even then these men were polite and professional and best of all, I love my new Suburban.
