When entering the car lot we were not "pounced on". I had to buy a different vehicle because my previous one was totaled in an accident. I was greeted cordially when I walked in the door and never "talked down to" as a woman. He made sure I knew where all of the controls were on the vehicle before I left the lot, so I would be confident in driving it.
