Mike was friendly, sincere, and he kept me informed. When I came down to see him, last Saturday, he was busy with another customer; however, he made a point of greeting me. I gave up on the deal, for that day, because the financing wasn't what I had expected, and I thought the finance manager was not very nice about it. I left disappointed but continued to think about getting that truck. I sent an e-mail with my concerns and additional questions. When I showed some flexibility with the terms, Mike worked it out with the credit union, and the deal went through, later in the week. When I came back, the finance manager was very organized, professional, and helpful. I was out of there, with my new truck, in less than an hour. Mike has already followed up with me to see how it's going with the truck. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase but still have a a few issues. I have no doubt Mike will work with me on my concerns. Overall, this was the best customer service, with a car dealership, I've experienced. There was no high pressure sales, which is important to me. Also, the salesmen I worked with (Mike, Ryan, Brian G, the Sales Manager) all visited with me like a normal person would have a conversation, and I'm sure they could tell I wasn't a "big spender".
