Excellent service team goes above and beyond. I recently had service work done on my wife's jeep. They came to our house and picked it up. They video record your inspections and send you the link. Top notch had service work done on my wife's jeep. They came to our house and picked it up. They video record your inspections and send you the link. Top notch service everytime. A dishonest uncaring dealership We purchased a used 2003 Toyota Sienna in good faith from Midway Motors in Hutchinson Ks. The dealership did not tell us that the Antilock Brake Syste We purchased a used 2003 Toyota Sienna in good faith from Midway Motors in Hutchinson Ks. The dealership did not tell us that the Antilock Brake System control module and pump, the complete assembly, which costs $3400.00 was broken and completely not functioning. The warning lights had been deleted by either the prior owner or this dealership, and these warning lights did not come on until several days after we purchased this vehicle. We took this van to our mechanic, Mel Hambelton Ford, in Wichita Ks. and they diagnosed the problem. We contacted Brian and Jackie Jones at Midway Motors in Hutchinson Ks within the 30 day time period. Jackie Jones never returned any of our calls. Brian, who said he is a manager, did not offer to help pay any of the above expenses at all. We had already put money into this van because we planned to keep it. Brian only offered to give us a trade in allowance on a different vehicle on their lot. We are very disappointed by this Midway Motors dealership as they have made no real attempt to help bear the financial burden of the lemon they sold us. I hope this review shows the internet audience what a dishonest and uncaring dealership this Midway Motors is. More
