Justin was very nice to work with. I came in for a simple oil change. He promised to get me out in an hour and a half. He was about 3 minutes late. We both laughed. Now for the bad. A ton of people in the sales dept but not a single receptionist in service. Very hard to get through on the general number. To solve this, jousting gave me his card with a direct number. Also they want to charge 3% f when using a credit card. Come on guys, that’s a cost of doing business. More

The service center does not answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. I had concerns regarding a recent service fix and was told they would run a test and if it came back normal then there was calls in a timely manner. I had concerns regarding a recent service fix and was told they would run a test and if it came back normal then there was “not a problem”, but it wouldn’t explain the lack of oil in the car - oil just doesn’t disappear and if it’s not being burned, I can’t help but question if the oil was put into the car in the first place.
