I received good service from the salesperson, but that is where it ended. Every person and department I have attempted to work with from that point on has been unresponsive to requests for information and/or where it ended. Every person and department I have attempted to work with from that point on has been unresponsive to requests for information and/or service. This includes Financing, Service, Registration/Title and Parts/Accessories. One person even left me a voice mail 5 weeks after my purchase, asking if I was still interested in buying a car! Voice mails to not get returned, offices are closed during posted business hours, individuals do not call with information they state they are going to provide. Big thumbs down! If I had know this is how customers are treated after contracts are signed, I never would have even step foot onto the car lot! More
I own my own business and I know how important positive feedback is for a company's image. We appreciate it when we get it, so I want to "pay it forward". I have had a terrific experience with the Midway P feedback is for a company's image. We appreciate it when we get it, so I want to "pay it forward". I have had a terrific experience with the Midway Performance Team at Midway Chevrolet. They have been unrelenting with my quest to optimize my 2010 Camaro SS to the point where I have now won 3 awards for their expert advice and dedication. Rick, Matt, Jason, and Joe have shown great customer care with me and I anticipate working with them for many years! More
I want to start by saying that the service advisor Dragan Perikic was great! This review is in now way reflective of him or the service manager Amy. I have a 2011 silverado 1500 that has had very strange ali Perikic was great! This review is in now way reflective of him or the service manager Amy. I have a 2011 silverado 1500 that has had very strange alignment suspension issues. The truck would randomly pull to the left and right. The front left tire would bounce rather than roll down the road. I explained to the service advisor that it happens and highway speeds. I pointed out to him that 3 of the 4 shocks were leaking, brakes were squeaking etc. I received a call later that afternoon telling me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I went to pick it up to see that the tech wiped the leaking fluid from the shocks. The receipt says that brake squeaking was normal and the shocks did not leak bad enough to be covered under warranty. The tech had inadvertently left the service bulletin in my truck. The strange thing is that my shocks looked exactly like the picture from the factory service bulletin showing that it should have been replaced. I was going to point that out to the service manager but as I previously stated that the tech cleaned up the leaking shocks. After a discussion with Amy, the dealership agreed to warranty the repair. As I got in the truck and drove away I noticed that the truck was only driven 1/2 of a mile. How can a suspension/steering issue properly be diagnosed, advising me that they could not "duplicate the problem" and that everything was fine and withing spec if they did not drive the vehicle??? I brought it back in today for the warranty repair. I told the advisor, who put it on the work order, that I was having the same issues and the brakes were still squeaking, the alignment/steering issue was still present (although not as bad as it once was) and the non defective shocks were now leaking to the ground. The shocks were replaced as agreed. When I was handed the work order, I noticed that the truck was not driven again.... Again how can you diagnose a highway speed issue when you do not even drive it out of the parking lot. It has become apparent to me that the Midway Chevrolet service department does not take the safety of their customers seriously. i tried to discuss the issue with the service advisor who did not have an answer to any of my questions surrounding proper diagnosis of an issue and the false statement in the work order that the problem could not be duplicated when they did not even drive the vehicle...... You can not tell if there is a highway speed steering/alignment issue or get brakes to squeak when it does not leave the parking lot. I will never buy ANYTHING from Midway Chevrolet in the future. Some other observations. The accessory department is rude and full of misinformation. I was looking to spend $5,000 in upgrades, wheels, tires etc until he lied to me. Their quoted labor to calibrate my speedometer was double that of 2 other dealers in the valley. He tried to tell me that it is a very long and complicated process. It is a 20 minute job at the most according to other dealers. When I told him that other information that I have gathered said the opposite, he became more belligerent and leaned back further in his chair and continued to text someone like he could not be bothered to explain the lie he just told.... I was also told that part number 19159438 (drivers information center) takes 90 minutes to install and an hour to program. When I told him that it is a plug and play unit that required no programming and should only take 20 minutes to install, he rolled his eyes and huffed.... He is the 1st person people see when walking into the building from the service entrance. if it was my business, I would want someone who at least attempted to make a customer feel welcome rather than grimace at you because you bothered him in the middle of a text message to someone.... He could have at least put his phone down while telling me a lie and trying to overcharge me. My advise to anyone reading this is to take your business elsewhere. I should have listened to the scores of people who tried to tell me not to take my truck there. More
A couple of months ago i called midway chevrolet about warranty on my 07 chevrolet equinox. The engine needed work, since it was coverend under the powerterrain warranty i took it in. I dealt with Cole. warranty on my 07 chevrolet equinox. The engine needed work, since it was coverend under the powerterrain warranty i took it in. I dealt with Cole. My experience here aside from the work getting done at no cost, was not very positive. I waited more than a week for them to work on head gaskets, they did provide me with a rental, but i felt he lied about a few things. I had a file number already with GM about being reimbursed for a $600 towing fee since my car broke down while i was out town. GM agreed to reimburse, but when i spoke to cole he gave me a list of things my car needed to be serviced about. Such as flushing coolants or what not, even though i checked with my mechanic and he said my vehicle was way under the mileage for that kind of work. Well not only did cole "suggested" my car had the work done, he also told me that GM wouldnt reimburse me if i didnt do business with them for these repairs. I called GM and of course they had already processed my check and had sent it. When i confronted this guy he explained he didnt get paid off of warranty work but on extra work that i paid out of pocket. I was very upset and then he proceeded to ask me to not trash him when i receive the survey about my experience with midway chevrolet because if he didnt get a 100% satisfaction review, he would take a 10% paycut for three months. I felt bad for the guy, had i fallen for his crap i would have reported him but i just felt bad for him. When i came home i told my husband, he was extremely upset and threatened to report the guy but never followed through. Anyway, i took my car back into service at midway yesterday with fuel pump issues. Again covered under warranty, i left my car there over night. This time i spoke to daniel, he helped through the process. My car was done quickly and didnt need a rental. I cant say im dissatisfied with the work yet since i havent driven my car for more than 4 miles. We'll see if its completely fixed. My issue this time is that my car is scratched all over. Sure it was dusty when i took it in, but now i have a very noticeable scratch on the hood and a ridiculous amount of tiny scratched all around. Well they washed my car, which i wasnt asked if i wanted it washed. The scratches go in a circular motion assuming they hand dried it or whatever they do. I called daniel and believe me i was extremely upset, he advices i bring it in tomorrow. I will take it there tomorrow but i explained that if i show up tomorrow and if anyone says there is nothing they can do and they arent responsible things will get ugly. Ive already talked to GM since they are very good about checking how everything is going. I explained to them all of the above and they promised to stay informed and stay with me through this claim. So we will see tomorrow what Midway Chevrolet is going to do about my scratched vehicle. More
I will never, ever, ever go to Midway Chevrolet again. I took my car there for a recall service over a year ago because they were the closest dealership to my home. They are STILL calling me asking me to tr took my car there for a recall service over a year ago because they were the closest dealership to my home. They are STILL calling me asking me to trade-in my car despite being told numerous times that I am not interested and to remove me from all of their listings. I get a call or email at least once a week. Once they tried to say that I submitted a request for information on a Camaro. I'm a college student that can barely even afford my Cobalt.. I think a Camaro is just a bit outside of my price range. Horrible customer service. I will never return here again for anything. More

I originally purchased my vehicle from Midway Nissan. I recently got into a car accident and there was extensive damage to my vehicle. First I called Miday Nissan for repairs, I later found out that the pl recently got into a car accident and there was extensive damage to my vehicle. First I called Miday Nissan for repairs, I later found out that the place that did the repairs was Midway Chevrolet. So, I take my vehicle in to have them repair it. 5 Weeks later I finally got it back. They were waiting for parts for two weeks! One of the parts that they "fixed" was an air conditioning hose. Once I finally got my exterra back, the air conditioning only worked for two days. I took it back in (about 2 months later since I needed it to get to work), they again "fixed" it and said that it needed an o-ring. I took it across the street to the Midway Nissan dealership since there was a recall on the tires. Well, they found an additional leak in the air conditioning hose, in addition to a cracked manifold, a leaky oil gasket, and the timing and drive belts needed to be replaced. I would have thought that those jerks would have told me about all these problems, since they had my vehicle for so long and did a "thorough" inspection of the vehicle. Yeah right.

So, since Midway Nissan referred me to this hack of a repair shop, I'll never buy from them. Since Midway Chevrolet did the "repairs", I'll never buy from them either. More
