Excellent service I had an issue with getting my emissions done because the DLC connector had to be moved in order to install my hand controls by another company. I wen I had an issue with getting my emissions done because the DLC connector had to be moved in order to install my hand controls by another company. I went to Midway and talked with Jason and he said they could put it back where it should be but the emissions would not be able to access it with the hand control bar in the way. Long story short I ended up getting it done by them in less than 10 minutes, and no charge at all. More

Exceptional service assistance and recommendations. Tried to go through long long-time serviceman Al Gaffney, but he is on medical leave. New to the service department, Jake Valentino was in training, Tried to go through long long-time serviceman Al Gaffney, but he is on medical leave. New to the service department, Jake Valentino was in training, I thought might be a problem with my long history with a Pontiac Vibe GT 2010 there (dating back when Midway Pontiac was across the street, with Al Gaffney) but he was very helpful, understood all the needed maintenance, advised me of options, and listed all work needed. Then rather than have me wait and come back the next day, he arranged for a loaner car. Next day he called earlier than estimated completion time, to let me know that all work was completed except for a factory recall part replacement that had not arrived, so it would be later for pick-up. I learned that Mr. Valentino was a recent Veteran and applied to Midway for a lesser detailing job, but was recognized to have potential as a Service Writer, and was wisely hired for that position. More
