Go ANYWHERE else!! Awful customer service. Purchased my certified used vehicle less than 2 months ago. Started having a mechanical issue in the last week (truck shuts of Awful customer service. Purchased my certified used vehicle less than 2 months ago. Started having a mechanical issue in the last week (truck shuts off when put into park) I made an appointment for this morning at 9 am. Was told if I came earlier, theres a better chance of being able to receive a loaner since they dont keep them by appointment. Showed up at 8 am. Every other dealership I have ever been to, you always at LEAST get a Good morning or I'll be with you in just a minute. I received NOTHING. Went up towards the offices of the service advisors, stood there for a few minutes. And still. NOTHING. I looked around and then walked back to my truck and backed out towards the road. Called the dealership to cancel my appointment with John Kelly, and spoke with a nice gentleman who profusely apologized to for what happened. Was told he would speak with his manager and have him call me. It's now 230pm, and I havent heard a word from anyone. Buying this truck was superb. Theus did a great job. But once it went to financing, it went down hill from there. Waited forever, and when I finally got in to the finance department she had music on that was highly inappropriate for anyone with customers. The F word was dropped at least twice in the lyrics. I ignored it. Not saying I dont cuss, but have enough respect for your customers to not play that type of music while they are present. And this was AFTER she informed me that the conversation was recorded in the office. Spent 38k with this dealership and do you think I have received a single follow up call? NOPE. I can assure you there a far better dealership's in this area that will treat you with the respect you deserve as a customer. Midway Chevrolet is NOT one of them!! More

Taken advantage of disabled vehicle My truck had a transmission cooler line come loose on the freeway about 2 miled from Midway Chevrolet around 6:30 at night. I was stuck on the freway My truck had a transmission cooler line come loose on the freeway about 2 miled from Midway Chevrolet around 6:30 at night. I was stuck on the freway and couln't move, I called a tow truck to take my truck to Midway. I had purchased the radiator w/ trans cooler there 3 yeadrs prior. I told Britany in the service department I needed the cooler line reattached and refill the fluid in the transmission. 2 days later she replied that since it was an aftermarket cooler, they couldn't; work on it. I argued that it was installed by Midway, but she wouldn't accept that. She misled and manipulated me into getting a new cooler and lines ($1500). I felt like my truck was beeing held hostage! I have had multiple problems with Midway Chevrolet's service dept. and was nervous about being towed there. I should have paid the extra $75 to be towed to Sand's Chevrolet in Glendale. In the future, I would push my truck past Midway before going into there servic dept. More
