We had the worst communication and customer service. Would leave messages and never had any returned. They never communicated that parts were needed to be ordered and it would take longer they just kept our vehicle and never called or returned messages. After having our vehicle for 20 days we finally just went down (since no one would answer) to get it. Once we showed up our service person along with 4 other employees were just standing there talking in a circle, not doing anything. We got many excuses but no apologies. One thing that was worked on was our window (being able to roll up and down). It worked for only a day, and then stopped working! Will never use them again. More

The service center doesn't answer, and they don't return calls after you leave a message. I've called several times and left several messages. I even talked to the Sales Manager. He told me that the GM would call me within 10 minutes. I never received a call from the GM. Now, I need to pay nearly $300 to have my car towed back to my house in Mesa. MIDWAY CHEVROLET service is HORRIBLE. I highly recommend that you NEVER CONSIDER MIDWAY CHEVROLET for any service needs. More
We had a bad experience with Midway Chevrolet in Phoenix, AZ. We got our vehicle here and had brought our vehicle several times before to get regular services done on it. The last time I brought it in for an AZ. We got our vehicle here and had brought our vehicle several times before to get regular services done on it. The last time I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation we got it back with a scratch and I let them know about it and said that they would contact me the next to discuss when I could bring it so they can fix it. I ended up calling them after I got off of work to find out that they weren't going to take responsibility for the damage because they say that that couldn't have happened at their shop. So, I had to contact my insurance and have them deal with them. I am disappointed and very upset with this dealer ship. They are dishonest and unprofessional for not keeping their word. And every time I get service for an oil change and tire rotation takes them 4hrs and they say it will only take 2hrs or so. They also change their policy's where they wouldn't get you an Uber/Lyft if you live more than 10 miles away from the dealership, you need to find a way to get home and back to pick up your vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place. More
Had very bad experience during leaks repair for our car Chevy Cruise. They gave us an estimate of $1900 to fix a few leaks. Nobody called us for a few days. When we called them to ask about our car the sai Chevy Cruise. They gave us an estimate of $1900 to fix a few leaks. Nobody called us for a few days. When we called them to ask about our car the said the car had a smoke during the testing and we have to pay $9000 to replace an engine now. Service person said we burnt the engine but we even haven't driven our car recently because it had leaks. We used a towing service to bring our car to your dealership. I am very upset and disappointing with quality and honesty of Midway Chevrolet service employees. I just want to warn future customers not to use your services!!! Unreliable, disnonest, unprofessional business!!! I can't give even one star to you! More
I brought my vehicle in with climate control not working and acceleration problems. I can’t remember how the conversation went exactly, but I was under the impression my car would be in the shop for only 2- and acceleration problems. I can’t remember how the conversation went exactly, but I was under the impression my car would be in the shop for only 2-3 days. At that point, I was not offered a rental car covered by the dealership. I had a deadline of when I needed my car back (13 days from then) as I was going to be out of state for Thanksgiving and had already paid to park it at the airport. My advisor couldn’t promise it would be done by my requested date. I was told it was my transmission causing the acceleration problems and they could not fix the transmission until the climate was fixed. When I was quoted the price for fixing the climate, I called 4 other mechanics and asked their thoughts. All of them said it was a bad deal and the fact that the climate had to be fixed before the transmission didn’t make any sense. I had hardly any communication from my advisor during this time and began getting very frustrated. I would have to call the dealership only to be passed around on the phone or wait on hold forever to find out the status of my car. I was offered a rental car while they fixed the transmission. I reminded my advisor of the time period I needed my car back and was told they would try as hard as they could but couldn’t guarantee it would happen. So the day I’m set to travel out of state, I had to get a ride to the airport and left my rental car at my house. I’m 10 minutes from boarding the airplane when my advisor calls to say my car will be ready that day and I’ll need to get my rental car turned in within the next day to avoid getting charged for it. This made me really angry. I had to spend my day stressed out finding anyone who could get into my apartment to get the keys for the rental car, return it, and get my car back since I wouldn’t be back for a week. Thankfully I found someone to do this but it was incredibly frustrating and felt insensitive of the car dealership when I had been explaining my timeline and travel situation a lot. This would have been a one star review, but it’s been redeemed by the fact that my car problems were actually fixed. If I were to ever come back, which will likely be never, I would need better communication about the status of my car and more convenient timing of picking up my car because that was really ridiculous. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I bought a 2016 Kia Sedona I'd give 0 stars if I could. I bought a 2016 Kia Sedona about 18 months ago from Midway Chevrolet, along with their in-house silver package extend I'd give 0 stars if I could. I bought a 2016 Kia Sedona about 18 months ago from Midway Chevrolet, along with their in-house silver package extended warranty through MPP. I have put just over 5,000 miles on this vehicle in 18 months and my engine needs replaced due to "failed" head threads. Neither Midway Chevrolet nor MPP have been helpful. My claims to MPP have been denied and calls go unreturned. Midway has offered no assistance beyond giving me a clunker trade in deal, with an outrageous payment to cover the cost of both vehicles. I have been informed by other reputable car lots to contact BBB and the Attorney General as well as to fight MPP on this because Extended warranties are meant to cover failed parts. I will be following through with this advice first thing Monday morning. I am a single mother of 2, taking care of my bed ridden veteran father full time. My income is limited. This has been an awful experience dealing with Midway and I can't say when I bought the car it was a pleasant one either. The Kia dealership that found that issue told me MPP is by far the hardest warranty company to deal with. My advice, shop around, both companies are awful to deal with. More
Terrible time. Brian Doeden lied to me about issues on my brand new 2020 truck to drag out getting it looked at (told head was off due to "double headgasket" but it was never touched nor was it the issue, th brand new 2020 truck to drag out getting it looked at (told head was off due to "double headgasket" but it was never touched nor was it the issue, the GM system proves that, i have screen shots), told to take the truck elsewhere because i couldnt get simple information back, my calls were blocked, and all the while i had no vehicle to drive as there were "no loaners" as i was told (im sure that was a lie too). after a 2 month fight, i finally got my truck back. You want to talk about unprofession conduct and immoral practice, go see brian. he will be sure to screw your month up More

Midway Chevrolet service department is in one word horrible. Brought in vehicle with check engine light to be checked out. No communication from the anyone at the dealership what so ever. I’m the one horrible. Brought in vehicle with check engine light to be checked out. No communication from the anyone at the dealership what so ever. I’m the one having to call to see what the status, progress, anything. Victor (assigned employee) I clearly has no idea what he is doing. When I dropped off vehicle, he said I would hear something on Tuesday. Nothing. I called Wednesday for update. He gave me issue and I said do the work. Didn’t hear anything so I called back Friday. He told me again what was wrong and I told him to fix the issue back on Wednesday and he said ok they will have it down Friday. Next day still haven’t heard anythig and again have to call and they just send me to voicemail. I can tell you I will never return to Midway or any midway brands. First experience and last. More
I want to warn EVERYONE stay away from this place. They don’t deserve one star. Took my truck there today for two issues-engine light and a/c was terribly loud. Get a call 4 hours later, we can fix your tr don’t deserve one star. Took my truck there today for two issues-engine light and a/c was terribly loud. Get a call 4 hours later, we can fix your truck for $2500 the fuel injectors need replaced. I immediately go there, this is not covered by warranty but they will knock off $500 (if you can take $500 off, why wouldn’t you give me that price immediately-shady). So I ask about the a/c as my truck is sitting there running, nothing was wrong with it they said, its the Bluetooth. xxx, grab the guy and say listen, this isnt normal, yeah your right i can quote you to replace the motor. Again xxx, it hasnt been diagnosed, so how can you quote me for a part. Now back to the fuel injectors-at best it is 1 hour of labor to install all 8 and the price of parts range around $600—how does that even come close to $2500? This is why they could drop $500, they are still price gouging the customer $1300 after parts and labor. They are nothing but predators and crooks, stay away, dont do any business with these types of establishments. More
