The vehicle I purchased a little over two years ago has been nothing but problems. Within a week of having a $34,000 car and the most expensive warranty I have put over $17,000 into it with zero help from been nothing but problems. This includes a brand new transmission and now back in for electrical issues. In addition to the cost of repairs I have literally gone months of time in the shop is added. The transmission took 8 weeks. No one responds, apologizes or even attempts to help. Infuriating and disheartening to say the least More
Salesman was busy with another customer when I arrived. Didn't have any introduction on who he was, just 'you're here for the Ram, I'll pull it up'. Poor Communication. I had to call a day and a half later to find out the status of my car at which point they told me they could fix it the following morning.
