My husband and I had opportunity to work with Frank Santino. We had been looking for a certain make and model for awhile and we finally found exactly what we were looking for at Midway Automotive. My brother had recently purchased a vehicle from Midway and was extremely satisfied with his experience. He also had worked with Frank. Frank was friendly, informative and best of all did not pressure us into buying. He made sure we were comfortable with the purchase from start to finish. Midway Automotive is fortunate to have Frank as one of their sales department employees. Thank you Frank. Loved the car I picked out. Problem was terms of the deal were changed, with some BS about needing to sign all new paperwork. The "safety inspection" wasn't "done" a week after I put $2000 down for part of were changed, with some BS about needing to sign all new paperwork. The "safety inspection" wasn't "done" a week after I put $2000 down for part of a $3200 down payment and was supposed to be done when I came back with the rest of the money down, which I did bring: $1200 in cash. While I was waiting the salesman was doing that BS routine of having to back and forth to speak to his boss in an unseen office for whatever BS reasons. This was after I had already committed to the deal and put down $1200. Then I see an employee go out to the lot, put a dealer plate on the car I was purchasing and inexplicably drive the car down the road. When I asked about this I was told it was for the safety inspection. They have an onsite garage with at least 3 full size bays. The email and texts I had received from them had a whole lot of spelling and grammar issues with them. Now this on its own is not really a big deal I could easily overlook if there were not other issues. In this digital age, with the easily available spell check options it becomes a ridiculous thing and screams unprofessionalism. My whole experience with Midway Automotive was shady, suspicious and irritating. And that sucks because I really liked the car itself, just wish I found it at a different place More

Charles Wilburn was friendly, accommodating and no pressure sales. He gave us keys to a few cars we were interested in and allowed us to check them out without his hovering, but answered all of our qu pressure sales. We had a few requests we wanted on the used Mazda such as new tires and and new serpentine belt which was done. The dealership offered all the footwork of getting the car financed and registered and insured with our agent. It was a decent and quick experience compared to the old days of being hustled in used car showrooms. More

He was straightforward, didn't exert any pressure, and invited and answered all of our questions. He made sure that all of the items we identified to be replaced or checked and repaired were completed, and stayed in touch throughout the wait for replacement parts that Midway ordered from the OEM. The car was delivered in excellent condition. More
