I liked the buying process. Francisco was great. 6 weeks later a skid plate and sound shield fell off the truck on highway to get old it was cosmetic and not necessary so not co Francisco was great. 6 weeks later a skid plate and sound shield fell off the truck on highway to get old it was cosmetic and not necessary so not covered. I disagree. Ford did not design $315 part alone for nothing. While they did take 10 min to install it at no charge I do feel the could have done better with customer service after only 6 weeks owning the truck. Nothing should be falling off it. More

I just bought a low mileage Tacoma from Midway. . This is not my first vehicle I have purchased from them. They always offer great customer service, they went thru the truck like a fine tooth comb . They always offer great customer service, they went thru the truck like a fine tooth comb and made sure everything was up to high standards before I took delivery . They couldn't have been better to me on this ( and other cars) from when I first said I need a vehicle, late on a Saturday afternoon, they did everything possible to get me in this truck as soon as possible They never rushed the prep or going thru it to make sure it was perfect for me, but made it a priority to get me in it! I really appreciate Frank and Mike and would recommend them and Midway to anyone looking for a good value and a good customer service. Thanks Guys! More
