The car I drove away in is the most beautiful car I have ever owned and it was deffinatly not my first choice ; However I feel confident that he chose this with me in mind. During the credit process he kept me updated and reassured with every step of the process. I would without a doubt send friends and family to him to purchase their vehicles. This used car dealership is obviously working very hard to maintain their 5-star rating. They seem to place a top priority on treating people graciously & extremely well, whether deserved or not! I was thoroughly impressed with how eager Jim was to let my son (just got his license - scary!) test drive any car we wanted, and was even more put at ease with his straight talk, kind manner, and good humor. I felt at home, and even though he was swamped with multiple customers at the time, I didn't feel rushed at all. All of the staff seemed efficient, they didn't waste my time, and they were all super-accommodating - a real team. Their prices were extremely fair, and my 1st-time-buyer son easily found and purchased the car of His dreams (at the price of My wishes... ha ha). What a great website too! I could go on for a while... but the easiest thing to say is simply this: Midway Auto Abington is now where I will do Any & All future business for used cars... and my overall purchase experience was excellent - and actually Enjoyable! Where do I begin? A few years back I my son had an accident and totalled my mini-van. Two years prior, my husband suffered a heart attack and had a triple bi=pass which has disabled him. Having had this happen after having impeckable credit, my credit was not in good standing,at this point I was happy to have my husband alive, but again, so this is life and accidents happened. My husband and I where puzzled what to do and where to go. We went to MidWay Automotive and met Dennis Wilburn. Right off the bat; Friendly, Honest, NOT PUSHY!, Flexible, Understand, Whatever we needed. Needed some time, AGAIN NOT PUSHY, told us bring the car to my mechanic, what else could he do. God bless him we got an awesome vehicle safe and big enough for my family, yet good on gas and payments we could afford and not to break the bank as well as that wasn't enough, FREE Oil Changes for life as long as I owned the car!!! Who does that??? MIDWAY does! So after that, I swore I would not go anywhere else. So after a few years, time for hubby to get a new vehicle. Went to get a FREE Oil Change for my car which is still GREAT, and I ran into my friend from High School, John Graham. He is with the MidWay Family now. He like Dennis, took his time, was very informative and of course friendly, courteous, respectful and did whatever it took. In the meantime, my son got into a contract with another car dealer that will remain nameless, I spoke to Dennis and John about it. In fact, my husband also spoke to Dennis about it, Both were willing to offer advise as this is their business or to tell us avenues for assistance. Who now-a-days goes out of there way to help, not to make a sale, not to get business, because they honestly care, they both went out of their way for My Family, not just for the sale, but for a human act of kindess and compassion and willingness to help others. I can't express how much I appreciate Midway Auto Sales in Abington, MA. We are so grateful, thankful and geniunly blessed for our relations with MidWay. Hubby is loving his new vehicle with FREE Oil changes and something new, a bumper to bumper warrenty for 2 years! What else can you possibly ask for! Love you Guys - Dennis-You rock Always!
