Went into midway about a month ago in search of a used vehicle for my girlfriend. She was a first time buyer so getting financed can tend to be an issue. Frank was laid back, professional and exemplifies vehicle for my girlfriend. She was a first time buyer so getting financed can tend to be an issue. Frank was laid back, professional and exemplifies the attitude a model customer service representative would have. We took the Scion for a test drive, and she loved it. Next comes the worst part of any transaction, sitting down and talking numbers. Frank made this entire experience painless, they got her financed at a very fair interest rate with low money down, and sold the car at a very reasonable price. Next is the business office, there was no pressure to buy anything extra however we did purchase an extended warranty for peace of mind, which was also a fair price. They fixed every issue we had with the car without question, and we had a deal. Overall I would rate midway a top notch car dealership, with no poor tactics. Every single part of our transaction was clean, smooth, fair, and pleasant. Frank and Dave in finance made this experience a pleasure, and I would refer anyone looking for a used car to Frank at midway. Every single person we came in contact with at this dealership was welcoming and had a smile on. Thumbs up to the managers and owner for doing such a great job, We can't thank you guys enough. She still loves the car, and we will be returning when another car is needed. My buying experience at Midway Motors was absolutely great. I was greeted by one of their Sales Professionals, he asked what I was looking for and didn't assume that I was looking for a Mini Van just be great. I was greeted by one of their Sales Professionals, he asked what I was looking for and didn't assume that I was looking for a Mini Van just because I drove in in one. I was ready for the car I always wanted to drive, not the family mover I no longer needed ! He then showed me an Infinity M35, a Lexus ES350 and then my Dream car a BMW 330. The BMW was beautiful and it ran perfect (he put on his seat belt when I stepped on the gas). We negotiated a price I was happy with and I now own the BMW I dreamed about and Midway Motors owns my still nice Sienna. The best part, I get FREE Oil changes and Tire Rotations for as long as I own my BMW ! Thanks Tom More
this was by far the best car buying experience i ever had. i had never dealt with a used car dealership, i saw a 2008 gmc yukon on the internet when i got to the dealership i met with herb he was friend had. i had never dealt with a used car dealership, i saw a 2008 gmc yukon on the internet when i got to the dealership i met with herb he was friendly direct and honest, the whole transaction took less than 1 hour no games no gimicks. if you want a stressless car buying experience go see these guys. I WENT TO THIS DEALER BECAUSE I HAVE BOUGHT MANY CARS FROM FRANK OVER THE YEARS WHEN HE WORKED AT CLAY NISSAN, I WOULD NOT BUY FROM ANY ONE ELSE. WHEN I GOT TO MIDWAY AUTOMOTIVE I WAS SURPRISED AT THE S FROM FRANK OVER THE YEARS WHEN HE WORKED AT CLAY NISSAN, I WOULD NOT BUY FROM ANY ONE ELSE. WHEN I GOT TO MIDWAY AUTOMOTIVE I WAS SURPRISED AT THE SELECTION OF CARS THEY HAD. I PURCHASED A USED NISSAN PATHFINDER THE SALE WAS QUICK AND EASY BECAUSE OF THE PROFESSIONALISM OF FRANK. DAVE IN FINANCE GOT ME A LOWER RATE THAN MY OWN CREDIT UNION COULD, AND GARY HELPED FIX A SMALL PROBLEM WITH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. THESE GUY GIVE YOU FREE OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATIONS FOR LIFE. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS DEALER HIGHLY TO ANYONE WHO HATE THE TYPICAL CAR SALES PROCESS. More
