Went to Midway on a Friday knowing the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Met Jon Lewis, a friendly sales consultant. Well Jon asked me question about what I was looking for before he showed me any vehicles to understand what type of vehicle I was looking. He showed me only vehicles that were close to what I was looking for and didn't waste my time or distract me with vehicles I could not afford or didn't peak my interest. When we finally found the vehicle I would be happy owning he did his best to get us as close as possible into a payment we were comfortable paying. We made the deal and we purchased the car. This is my 2nd car for Midway. I bought a Toyota a couple of years ago that has not skipped a beat. My wife and I went to Midway specifically looking for a Ford Edge and they had 3 to choose from on the lot. We had looked around quite a bit and when we went to Midway John came out and was very helpful an Ford Edge and they had 3 to choose from on the lot. We had looked around quite a bit and when we went to Midway John came out and was very helpful and nice. He answered all our questions completely and there was no pressure at all to make a decision...unlike some of the other dealers we went to. They got us a great finance deal and I will say we are very happy with the Edge. On a side note i wanted to surprise my wife with Bruins plates and a remote start for the Edge. John and everyone involved kept it hush hush and she didn't suspect a thing. When we went to pick it up to say she was surprised was an understatement. Very nice people there and definitely would encourage you to go there. More

Stopped by MidWay on a Sunday afternoon looking to replace my aging car. Paul Nelson greeted my daughter and me almost immediately and proceeded to bring the car we were interested in around to the fr replace my aging car. We had a pleasent test drive as Paul pointing out the features of the car as we drove around the neighborhoods on on the main road - so I got a good sense of the car quite quickly. Although I had started my day wanting to check out a few different cars at various dealerships, the low-key, friendly atmosphere led to talking more seroously about the price and trade in. I ended up going no further - the car was in beautiful condition and the eventual price and trade-in value were close to where I hoped to pay. Tom took over the following day and they arranged the financing and all the details with a minimum of fuss. As a result I am very happy with my vehicle. This type of modern approach to customer-oriented sales is a great improvement over the traditional high-pressure of the past. More
