Initially I thought it was a bait-and-switch scenario; nicely priced, low mileage vehicle to get the buyer on the lot. Then, next thing you know you're spending thousands more than you intended. We wound up purchasing a used Subaru Forester. Good shape; low miles. Priscilla, the primary driver, is very happy with it. Hopefully we won't be disappointed. The package of lifetime oil changes is a nice perk. First inspection free and no running all over the place for registration; title; insurance etc was aGodsend. Our salesman Jon Lewis was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. As our credit rating is not the best, the firm worked with us to secure financing. All went better than we had hoped and she drove it home that day. I have, and will continue to steer family and friends to Midway Automotive Superstore. After a long search online for a new (used) truck for our rowing club, I found an advertising for Midway Auto. They had a couple trucks we were interested in so we made the trip from Somerville to check the rowing club, I found an advertising for Midway Auto. They had a couple trucks we were interested in so we made the trip from Somerville to check them out. John was great. We emailed him a couple times prior to make sure the trucks we were interested in were still in stock. We test drove them and made the purchase of a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 which has worked out great! We had a minor issue with the registration of the truck - not Midway's fault. Long story, but it was an RMV issue. The folks at Midway helped us fix all the issues - which included coming back down to sign all the paperwork again so everything matched up. They had to do some research into why we were having issues. They figured it out quickly and had the best solution to take care of it. The truck itself has been great. We've towed our trailer to a few regattas and as the truck driver, I can say I've been happy with the purchase and the experience we had at Midway. I would recommend them. More

This is great place to buy your car - new/per-owned. Good value for money. I bought a 2012 ford mustang premium edition from this place assisted by Mr Paul Nelson and Dave. My husband and I were only browsing a special event at Midway. I did find a Lincoln LS that grabbed my attention. Met with Jon Lewis when we first arrived. He was great, friendly and no pressure tactic Midway. I did find a Lincoln LS that grabbed my attention. Met with Jon Lewis when we first arrived. He was great, friendly and no pressure tactics at all. We explained that we weren't sure we would qualify for credit due to some difficulties the past three years. Jon assured us he would do whatever it took to get me into the Lincoln. He went to the Manager, Gary Stone and between the two of them they came back with the great news that I did qualify for a loan. . My husband and I are newly retired so we are on a strict budget and they took that into strong consideration Then they took it a step further and came up with a truly great deal that we are very comfortable with. They gave me much more on my 16 year trade in than they should have just to make the deal even more doable for me. We finally met with John Graham to do the final paperwork. He was both professional but also very friendly. We got through the final process pretty quickly, signed on the dotted line and drove away very happy. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family. They truly are a different type of Auto dealer and I mean that in the best way possible. Thank you Team Midway.
