The vehicle has been having problems not starting and other various issues, I gave the dealer a call and they have been avoiding me and still have my car till this day with no word back on whats going on.The last time I called spoke to gary and he sounded very clueless and told me he would give me a call back, but never did I give up with this dealership my car has been towed four times and has been serviced for over 11 days. I have not had the car for one full day with out something going wrong with it..... I guess its just my luck PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! WARNING!!!! More

I had been looking for a specific car on-line for months. After finding the one I was interested in I emailed the dealership and within a few hours I was contacted by Kip. The following morning I spoke with him and he let me know that the car I was interested in was available; he immediately set up an appointment for me with Charles. Unfortunately, when I got to the dealership on Saturday the car had been sold. I was disappointed, but Charles informed that their was another car, the same year but better than the one I wanted. He was absolutely correct! I fell in-love with the car on site! This car was the same year, make and model with lower miles and much, much more nicer than the one I previously wanted! Charles was not pushy, he allowed me the time and space to make my own decisions and I now have an AMAZING new car. The ease of paperwork and finance was awesome. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

I have to begin with an interesting story. My name is Jim and my wife's name is Cheryl, we have been looking for a quality used car and we wern't really excited about doing this as it was proving to be tim and my wife's name is Cheryl, we have been looking for a quality used car and we wern't really excited about doing this as it was proving to be time consuming and somewhat frustrating, We spent all morning one day looking and wound up at McGee Family Dealership in Pembroke. The Cars were nice but we weren't to happy with the customer service there, so we decided to leave and go to have lunch at Jaimies in Whitman. We were familiar with Jamies, as we hade lived in Whitman for 8 years back in the early 80's. Well while we were there we notices that the couple sitting next to us at the bar were looking for cars as well, we had a great converstation with them during lunch and they had just came from MIDWAY in Abington and that they had a wonderful experience with them and that they had purchased a vehicle from them and were thrilled with the car and the customer service and made their transaction seemless. So after lunch we went over to MIDWAY and as soon as we pulled in there was FRANK waiting for us and he knew our names, the moment we pulled in, I was astonished, I said "how did you know our names and that we were coming". He informed us that the couple that was sitting next to us at Jaimies had called and saide we were coming. Well from that moment on it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, we stated what we wanted, what we wanted to pay and that was it, Frank pulled out the exact car I was looking for, test drove it and he even offered for me to take it home. All the banking and transaction was done on the spot and we loved the car, we cannot thank Frank enough for this wonderful experience, Thank You Frank (customer service of the yearaward in my opinion). Just bought a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country & couldn't be happier ..... it has more bells & whistles then I was looking for!
