I first called about a car in their lot that I saw online to be sure it was still available. While still on the phone, John went out into the lot to be sure he still had the vehicle and then described the entire exterior and interior to me, including being honest about very minor scratches in the back near the trunk. He asked if I had any other questions about the car while he was standing right next to it- a nice bonus for me, as I live about 35 minutes away and didn't want to travel if the car wasn't there. When my husband and I arrived at the lot, John was there to greet us and answer all of our questions and concerns. He made us both feel super comfortable and stress-free the entire time. We had stressful experiences at other dealerships, and John's demeanor was such a breath of fresh air. After a quick test drive, we purchased the vehicle and couldn't be happier with our experience. John went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied- can't recommend enough! More

I will never buy a car anywhere else After a very bad experience with with another dealership last year I was so pleasantly surprised when I found a car I was looking for on-line. My husband and I went to the dealership after seeing the car on the internet at a reduced price. We were greeted by John Letterio and he showed us the car. I took it for a test drive and loved it. To make a long story short after a little give and take on both ends we came to a deal that satisfied the both of us. John was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 27 hours later I am in my beautiful Caddilac, sticker, registration and all. 2012 Hyundai Azera I like that I wasn't pressured when looking at the cars on the lot. The staff is friendly and helpful but there were a few questions I had that could I like that I wasn't pressured when looking at the cars on the lot. The staff is friendly and helpful but there were a few questions I had that could not or weren't answered fully. Also, I was given incorrect information on the remaining warranty. The car did not come with a manual or floor mats, which i wasn't happy about but they give you free oil changes and tire rotations for as long as you own the car. Overall, I am very happy with my new car and that the negotiating process went quickly and smoothly. Jon Lewis was pleasant and easy to work with. More
